If you say you open at 4am then open at 4am. Why would you make people wait for an update ? Why not start the update at 3:50 am so your ready at 4 am ??

Every time I get food from here it looks like the purposely smash my burgers. I worked at McDonald's for 3 years I never sent out food like this.
Chicken sandwich went straight to my garbage. The bun had so much oil on it, the Mayo separated and I couldn’t eat it. 🤢

We’ve tried ordering the bagel breakfast sandwiches here on multiple occasions with extra breakfast sauce and sure enough every time there’s little to no breakfast sauce on the sandwich. This results in an extremely dry sandwich and costs extra for nothing.

I don't understand why they are not able to make iced caramel coffee , it's second time I ordered it but they had given me without adding caramel in that . And I said them to correct the order still they missed caramel in that . If there is no product then list in the app it's not available. Please don't order caramel coffee here

Some idiot called the police on a friend and myself? I swear people who live in Hobart and Portage, and you know who you are. You people are sooo nosey. Mind your business. My friend just got out the hospital and they had us outside in the cold unnecessarily for 15 minutes!

Forget my food everytime it's always something I have to go back for I don't even go to mcdonalds really only for breakfast but evertime I'm here its a drink flat or food missing I shouldn't have to check my bag

Wad handed the wrong order. I went to a different store, took the food inside my house, and took everything out of the bag to notice it was not my order. I called the store and told them, they said to bring the wrong order back. I did and drove 15 minutes back to that location. I was told on the phone to just tell them and drive up. I did get to the window and told her I received the wrong order. She asked me what I got, I told her, she asked what I ordered, I told her. She then told me to give back the wrong order bag. I asked her if she really was taking it back inside the store, she looked at me and said she was throwing it away. I said you're not suppose to do that amd she said says who? The health department maybe.. They claimed to throw it away and the person who took the bag would then wash their hands...but she turned around grabbed my new bag and handed it straight to me. I have several animals with a lot of dandruff floating around my house. The bag they took from me and "threw away" was contamination they just put inside their building around other people's food.. The first thing I was told when working corporate for HEALTH code reasons was to never take anything back in the drive-thru window. Even if it's to throw away you just contaminated the inside of your building for a mistake you made in the first place. If you don't mess up orders then people don't get "free good" as they look at it. I didn't ask for the messed up order, it's what I got though and I drove back to get the correct one. Didn't even get compassion for having to drive back to fix their mistake. And when I called to tell the manager it was gross to take food back in the window she couldn't even hear me, it was a bunch of commotion in the background. She didn't try to go to a quieter place to hear me, pretty sure she didn't hear 75% of the conversation so I'm leaving a review. It is a health violation to take things back in the window. You should update your practice. Since that's not what you practice at that location according to the manager.

Lately the young crew are forgetting to put all your items in the order & now you have to ask for napkins, their not put in the bag as they once did...Now with all that said, I still will take kids to McDonald's, just not the one in hobart indiana

Lady at the drive through window with I think pink and blue hair, had tattoos was so sweet when my order was messed up through DoorDash and even gave me a free fry bc my fries were cold best service here at night!

Ordered breakfast at 10:30 and called a head to see if they were still doing it they said yes. I got there at 11, and they said it's past 11 they are not making it even tho I put the order in before 11. The lady at the microphone was very rude when saying right away they were not making any of it because they stopped serving it at 11.
