Ordered through their call center. Have been ordering pizza hut for over 30 years and this was the first time I was ever offered a choice between 2 types of sausages. I asked for the one they've always used because I wasn't sure which of the 2 it was. She told me they've always used the one the customer chooses. I tried to explain multiple times that I've never had to choose before so I'd like the one they typically used. This conversation went back and forth multiple times before I finally just guessed and chose one of the two. Just hoping I chose the correct one. Got to the store to pick it up and realized they had a special that would have given me an order of wings as well and the order would still have been the same price. Then they informed me they had made the pizza wrong and would have to remake the pizza. They have no place to sit. I had originally ordered pizza and bread sticks and have learned over the many years that the bread sticks are only really good if they're eaten as soon as possible after cooking, which is why I opted to pick up my order and not have it delivered. However, my bread sticks had to sit there and wait for the second pizza to get done. Since I was going to be waiting, I asked if I could add the wings to my order from the special they had on the sign. It was the pizza and wings for the same price I was paying for just the pizza. They would not let me use the special. When the pizza was remade, there was barely any sauce on it or cheese. There was about an inch beyond the crust with no cheese or sauce. And this was only a personal pan pizza, so it's a really small pizza to begin with. One worker was watching a football game the entire time I was in there and another worker had a lawn chair that was set up in the front of the store and was playing on her phone the entire time I was in there. The person preparing the food was randomly checking his phone in between getting my order ready. Very unsanitary. Very unfriendly... Despite my attempts to be friendly with them. Unfortunate that this place has gone so downhill over the years. My best friend and I have been frequenting pizza hut for many many years and it's nothing like it used to be.
Parking: Parking right in front of the building, free and plenty available. This is located in a strip with other types of stores connected to it.

Tried callin real quick as soon as I ordered because I forgot to add toppings. Couldn’t answer the phone after I called about 4 times and when they answer they say it’s too late pizza is already in the oven and didn’t want to accommodate the customer. 0/10

I walked into Pizza Hut to pick up an online order. I observed that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets. Without acknowledging me the lady screamed from the back am I picking up for Kia. I assume because I am African American I was profiled as Kia.

I am a truck driver and ordered via their phone app.They used door dash to deliver the order and the 4 pack of Pepsi wasn’t delivered.I paid cash.Only thing the store was willing to do was offer me a $7 store credit which does me no good since I likely won’t be back in this area again.No, I didn’t deduct the $7 from the cash payment because I didn’t want to shortchange the dashers tip.

I don't use third party delivery services for one simple reason...I don't know who a Door Dash person is???If they are clean???If they are a criminal???FOOD SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS IS MY MAIN CONCERN!!!Yesterday, you sent my order by way of Door Dash...It was an HOUR LATE!!!COLD!!!MY APPLE PIES HAD BITES TAKEN OUT OF THEM AND MY 2-LITER OF DR. PEPPER WAS MISSING!!!THAT IS WHY I NEVER...NEVER...NEVER...USE A THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE.I tried calling 15 times only to be hung up on...I got in my vehicle and returned the HALF EATEN food to the store I ordered it from only to be told..."SORRY...WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS!!!!"YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT ME HALF EATEN AND MISSING FOOD!!!!
