I had a really disappointing experience today. When I paid for my pizzas, the employee, Kai, slammed my change down on the counter instead of handing it to me. It came across as rude and disrespectful. I expect better customer service and basic courtesy when visiting this location.
The food is good but “Ky” the cashier and her cigarette smoking sidekick just made you guys loose paying customers…it was little to do with the coupon and all to do with “Ky” slamming the change on the counter at my sister. The guy working there was very nice but “Ky” could stand to be retrained on customer service basics.
I just ordered for my first time today under the new management. I ordered the beef and cheese sandwich with ajus and pepperoni
French fries and chicken tenders
The food was good !
I would’ve liked my bun for the beef sandwich just a little more crusty, but that could just be my preference and the delivery was fast and friendly…
I will be ordering again !
