I will never order from Rice Garden again. Apparently they don’t have their own delivery drivers anymore and now uses DoorDash but failed to make their customers aware. DoorDash delivered my food to the wrong address. I contacted rice garden, no apology or anything and he transferred me to DoorDash who never picks up the phone. I called the rice garden back and told him I wanted a refund for all my food and I was bringing it back. He then lied and told me he would transfer me to his supervisor and transferred me right back to door dash. Rice garden has horrible customer service and are a bunch of liars.

First time tonight ordering food from this place and it was delicious!! We usually go to Hong Kong which was closed today, thankfully. When we moved to Hobart, we were told that Hong Kong had the best Chinese food but nope, that is not true. Rice garden is delicious.!! There were four of us so not just my opinion, everybody loved their meals. We ordered crab Rangoon, pork eggrolls, beef and broccoli, beef and snow peas, shrimp and scallops, chicken lo mein, and everybody loved their food. We will definitely go back again!!

Called an order in Thursday - picked it up - brought it home and it was wrong- they use a call center and it was submitted to Rice Garden WRONG- I called - they assured me they would send the correct order to me / it never came - I spent over 1 hour with 2 phone calls and they refuse to correct the order - so now I call my credit card and get the charge REVERSED- and will order from NEW HONG KONG IN HOBART - from now on-

This is our newest favorite restaurant. Everything was delicious, from the egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and pot stickers to the lo mein and broccoli and beef. Great portions for the price. Their Mongolian beef is the best I've personally had outside of Chicago's Chinatown, perfect amount of spice. Great fried rice. Plus they offer delivery to close areas. And a sweet surprise were their delightful donuts that reminded us slightly of fluffy, round churros. Thank you Rice Garden for such a wonderful experience!
Was here on a date a while back - it was the date's favorite place. Food was better than I expected it to be and it was made pretty quickly. However, the place didn't seem too terribly clean at the time. I'd come back if I was in the area.
