Unfortunately I hadn’t been ordering from this Rosati’s, although it’s been in my backyard. I’d had it in the past but due to unhappiness with service, and seeing negative reviews I hadn’t ordered in years.
This past weekend I had a specific craving for Chicago style thin crust pizza. My spouse suggested we give it a try. Wow! It blew us both away by how good the pizza was. It was everything we wanted and more. The “fabulous four” (Italian sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and onion) was mouthwateringly delicious! The Italian sausage savory and the veggies were so fresh. It was even better the next day, reheated in our toaster oven. The other pizza was fantastic too. Along with the few appetizers we ordered. Their marinara sauce tastes so fresh and is the perfect balance of savory and just a hint of sweet.
I cannot believe we haven’t been ordering from here for so long but now that we’ve had it again and tasted the quality we will be loyal customers. It’s a littler more price wise than our local chains around here like Domino’s but I promise you, if you like Chicago style thin crust and quality ingredients it is so worth it. The best part is getting an authentic Chicago pizza without traveling to the city.

Almost got scamed by whoever took the phone order..I asked for prices and sizes of their pizza. Snarly toned woman, runs down the list quickly, I had to ask again. Ordered large sausage & Cheese $24. and assumed delivery was free, since I am walking distance around the corner. She says that delivery is 4 bucks. I said, for that short distance? Thats right she confirmed..I thought , go ahead and deliver..thinking that it was probably to pay the driver. Then she asks if I was going to tip the driver a few dollars upon his delivery..I thought..these people have to be kidding, who knows in advance if they will want to tip some one, before they have arrived. and a tip is only when everything was greater than expected. So, if I say, no..I'm not tipping extra for your driver...what might be done to my pizza?? I said, forget about it..I will pickup. She sounded like, by her tone that she wanted to call me a cheapscape... Prior to saying no about the delivery, she (Ann) was prepared to take my credit card info..luckily she didn't proceed, but said I could pickup in 15 to 30 minutes. So upon arrival, I go in to the counter where a guy comes to meet me. Nonchalant additude, sorta seemed pissed, like I was disturbing him. I'm going to make this rather lengthy ordeal, fast as possible. Asked for my order, he didn't have any orders ..I asked, is this Rosati, sincerely thinking for a split second, I may be at the wrong place..looking at the sign, while at the same time, he's confirmed that it was., but insisted he had no called in order for me..I told him the name, the large sausage & cheese, the address...he's looking on his clipboard, argumentively, he states that the only order he had was a uber, pick up from a Kelly and some other name..I told him, ..sir,, I'm Kelly,...he still didn't believe me..I had to continue stating that some lady named Ann who took the order asked for my name...thats how you have it.. all this guy could do is go on about, he doesn't have a female working at all today, and no one named Ann, works there. After I finally got the damn pizza from this bird-brain, who, by the way..never even apologized to me. All he said was, that he's having a rough day because he's short staffed. I replied, that I have nothing to do with that, all I know is I ordered a pizza for pickup and expected service with a smile. What he should have been trying to figure out, was who took my order saying their name was Ann, while asking upfront for a tip. The only reason I didn't walk, was because I was picking the pizza up for my office personal for lunch. Had it not been that, since I'd offered to buy the lunch..I didn't want to break my promise or word. But when I returned to the office..I let it be known...never again! at least, not Rosatis. I've never personally tried or tasted their food, the office loves their pizza. But for me..service is too important. Plus charging for delivery for an order literally around the corner--walking distance and asking for a tip? 👉 2 stars for Rosati's!!

This place is off the chains we ordered tonight and they shorted us our hamburger it'll be the last time ordering from this place bunch of kids who have no clue what there doing

I picked up my pizza, very pleasant customer service when I phoned the order in. Received text stating pizza was being made when I hung up with her. Received text when pizza was ready. I was greeted cheerfully when entering the establishment. Nice atmosphere very neat and clean. A nice experience will order more from them. The pizza was really good I got the thin crust. First timer at this place.

First time to order from the Hobart location today. Had a reward coupon that was giving us issues. Shay who is new, went above and beyond to fix it with looking into it and said he'd get back to me. It was only a few minutes and he called me with problem solved! I have no doubt Rosati's is going to be very happy to have him with the company! The pizza was absolutely delicious along with my garden salad! Shay, thanks so much for being so kind and dedicated to your work and Mngmnt! I appreciate you and hope that others will to. 😊

The female working on 11/26/2024 at 6:00 pm was very rude and because I let her know it, in my opinion , my order seemed to be thrown together any kind of way. I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The noodles were gummy and stuck together. The pasta was dry, had very little Alfredo sauce and no flavor in the dish whatsoever and it didn’t seem to be a full order. I don’t plan to spend anymore of my money with this location ever again and it’s only becauof that employee’s bad service and attitude.
I’d share a pic of my food but can’t since it was never delivered. Ordered at 6:30. Called back at 8:00, they said they would put the order in again. Called back at 9:00… closed. Unreal.

I was going to give it a five I went there yesterday for the first time cuz my sister told me they had great pizza true enough to Pizza was great but it was a little doughy next time I go I'm going to see if they can put it in the oven longer.
