I picked up my pizza, very pleasant customer service when I phoned the order in. Received text stating pizza was being made when I hung up with her. Received text when pizza was ready. I was greeted cheerfully when entering the establishment. Nice atmosphere very neat and clean. A nice experience will order more from them. The pizza was really good I got the thin crust. First timer at this place.
First time to order from the Hobart location today. Had a reward coupon that was giving us issues. Shay who is new, went above and beyond to fix it with looking into it and said he'd get back to me. It was only a few minutes and he called me with problem solved! I have no doubt Rosati's is going to be very happy to have him with the company!
