I eat at Subway all the time(not this one)....order the Cheesy Garlic Steak...couldn't taste the Cheese, garlic, or the steak!! The bread was so tough, I literally couldn't eat through most of it. Hardly ANY steak, and I paid almost $20 for the meal!! I called there, and the guy told me "I get it", but gave no resolution. So next time I am across the street from the hospital, Rice Garden it is!

The sandwiches there are good. They don't skimp, and they not just thrown together, like other Subway's I've been to. The employees are always very nice.I was caught off guard by their compassion when I went in the other day to pick up my online order. I would have chosen curbside delivery, but my order wouldn't have been ready before they stopped that for the night. After struggling up the curb, and through the door on crutches, with a temporary cast on, they saw me.When they did, I told them I was there for a pickup. The male employee went into the back and came out upfront, while the female employee told me he was going to carry my food out to the car for me. She told me that I could come though the drive-thru next time, or call when I got there and they could bring it out to me (because of the crutches). The male employee opened the door for me, while carrying my food. Watched to make sure I got off the curb alright, and opened and closed my car door for me.Thank you both!!! It meant the world to me. Especially, since I had just fractured my foot/ankle a few hours before, and had just left the hospital, and hadn't taken anything for the pain yet. Thanks again!!!You two are wonderful!

Ordered 4 sandwiches. The girl teenager working was really nice and informative. The other guy seemed like he was annoyed and didn't feel like working. I would tell him what I wanted on the sandwiches and just threw the stuff on. I said light mayo and he squeezed so much sauce on it. Had to scrap so much off when I got home. Wanted to get the footlong pretzel but hated that it only came with honeymustard no cheese. I haven't been to a subway in awhile. 3 footlongs and 1 six inch was over 40 dollars. I'll stick to making my own sandwiches now lol.

The people who work here are absolutely disrespectful and they have such terrible customer service. instead of staring at me and my family just make my food?? very rude will probably never come back here
