We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. (Not saying that they've been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we're grateful to them both!

This is my 3rd order where I have ordered online for pickup. Online it lets you choose if you want the sub toasted or not. I always choose toasted and when I pick it up, it’s NOT TOASTED. Idk why this has been such an issue with them maybe they should read the ticket better? Thanks.

They did not make my food correctly. I was missing spinach, black olives, banana peppers, and onions. I ordered this for a future pickup -I didn't realize that they would make it and have it sitting there for 45 minutes my sandwiches were soggy.

I will always anf i mean always support my local chains. All the complaints I see from people on the internet I just can't relate to. Especially with this subway always on time with online orders. Their workers extremely pleasant. And they fs always hook u up

I eat at Subway all the time(not this one)....order the Cheesy Garlic Steak...couldn't taste the Cheese, garlic, or the steak!! The bread was so tough, I literally couldn't eat through most of it. Hardly ANY steak, and I paid almost $20 for the meal!! I called there, and the guy told me "I get it", but gave no resolution. So next time I am across the street from the hospital, Rice Garden it is!
