We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. This is my 3rd order where I have ordered online for pickup. Online it lets you choose if you want the sub toasted or not. I always choose toasted and when I pick it up, it’s NOT TOASTED. Idk why this has been such an issue with them maybe they should read the ticket better? Thanks.
