Jasmine was very polite and made the best subway sandwich I've ever eaten. Hopefully subway will get the flat bread back soon.

Came here at 7:50 pm to get some food for kids they were all screaming and shouting at me. This is ridiculous. The workers are seen walking back and forth but the door is locked and the lights are all off. They literally seen us walk out and the one girl ran to lock the door.

I used to love coming to the subway until tonight. To the gentleman in the purple hoodie who made my sandwich, you were the key factor in my not returning here. Having an attitude because you have customers or treating your clientele as stupid is a solid business practice to get yourself closed down

Ordered online. I got there a little early which is fine. But what bothers me is this. They dont use different knives for a.new sandwich. They wipe it off with a napkin and go onto next order. They dont seem happy to be there, they make you feel like an inconvenience.

the workers Ella & Aiden were amazing! I fell because my shoe was untied & ella ran from behind the counter to tie my shoe, while aiden offered to give me his shoes. 10/10 service 👍🏼

How are you being rude to someone that is picking up an order is the question When someone enters the store SPEAK I still waited 5 mins for a sub that was already finished but not placed in the to go area then when asked she had an attitude But I can’t even be mad because this is the norm at the Hobart location.

On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. They were very attentive to us and kept asking if we needed anything else. Great team that was working that day. Please let them know that they are appreciated.
First, I found the doors locked well after the opening time of 8:30 on Saturday with employees inside looking at me. They did unlock the door with an apology. Now, well after the 8:30 opening, the app shows that online orders are not available - a known Subway employee trick to slow orders before closing.

2 sandwiches out of the 7 I ordered were terrible one was made completely wrong! Guess I need to find a new subway again! This one has so much pepper on it can barley eat it and it's missing so Many sauces! Can't order delivery and now can order ahead this is crazy being that the BOGO deal is online only! Both workers seemed like they didn't want to be there at all!!
