A picture says a thousand words (see pic). What I ordered wasn't what I got. Not sure if they ran out of ingredients or What. My double stack taco doesn't look like the pic in the app. My mobile order was 20 minutes late at the pick up counter as well.

Phil the manager is worthless! He refused to give me my food refused to give me a refunds and would not give me a receipt…. How he is a manager and not able to do anything is awesome. Literally stole 10$ from me…. I guess anyone is a manager here regardless of not being able to do anything!

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant of all time, now I completely understand being out of a new limited time item, but having it still displaying on all of your screens in your store even after you are completely out of it, is just stupid, all of the staff were very incompetent and the manager was rude to everyone around me. If you’re ever considering fast food, please pick a different restaurant. If there was a 0/5 option I’d pick it. Will never go again.

Food was amazing but while I’m sitting down to eat, I heard the manager threatening someone over negative reviews, overall I do not approve of this type of micro management and will not return if same manager. Service was taking forever to get my food while there was no people in there besides me. Overall a negative experience and will not be returning if management is not changed. Went through the drive thru and received horrible service. First problem is the female taking orders lacked general listening skills. I had ordered 2 burrito supremes, 2 tacos and a bottle of water. Was told $14 and some change. They try to hand me a plastic cup with ice and water. I inform them I had asked for a bottle of water. The other lady gets snarky and barks out it’s an up charge for the bottle of water. I said I know. They take my money, hand me $5 and some change, closes the window and says it’s a $1 and change. I proceed to say no, they hand over the food in an unprofessional manner. Ask do I want the free water, I say no. I live just a few minutes away and the food was cold, bland and thrown together in a sloppy manner. If this is how one is going to be treated, I’m not spending my money here anymore.

I had a mobile order for a Mexican pizza combo and when I got to the window they said they were out of shells. They said they could write my name down and give me the tacos and my drink and get a pizza the next time I came in. That wasn't really a sufficient offer for me, so I asked if I could sub in the chalupa combo and they said they can't do that at the window. As a former taco bell employee I know it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to drop chalupa shells so that seemed like BS to me so I asked to cancel the order and got food from somewhere else.
The car in front of mine did have a large order that took 10min+ so I know the decision was based on drive thru times but I believe even in an inspection customer satisfaction matters more than drive through times. Terrible experience. Hope it was worth it.

If you order something from the drive through just make sure that they give you what you order before you pull away, because they are getting like McDonald's bye leaving you short on your order someway. I was there on 10-8-24 at 10:30 pm I don't receive any hot sauces or the large soda pop in my order.
