What’s up with the service?we go in the drive through and we can barely hear what the person is saying,and than we go to the window and it takes like 15 minutes for the food to be ready, when they do hand it over then we find they basically just threw all the food together into a bag,they probably gave us half the stores amount of souce that they had, they threw it all in, and some of our food was messed up too,we asked for a crunch wrap without lettuce and tomato but of course they kept it in there and there was no meat of all things,somone needs to ask them if they know how to work in a restaurant.

I've never reviewed food before because as long as I get my items I'd have no problem. But THIS Taco Bell on 61st Ave and Hobart gave me the most GARBAGE experience of my life. We ordered 3 simple items for 3 people: A Crunch wrap, a cravings box, and Cinnabon Delights. This order shouldn't be hard to forget, but lo and behold, its difficult for the incompetent workers inside this restaurant. It's impossible to understand what the drive thru worker is saying, so my orders have been getting mixed up completely. Instead of a crunch wrap, I got sliders. Instead of a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights, I've got a 2 pack. Not only that, the drinks they serve has NO ICE NOR ARE THEY REFRIGERATED so I was given a LUKEWARM beverage. And the cherry on top? An item is missing from the cravings box (or should I say cravings bag because thats what they put it in). I couldnt find my chalupa anywhere. So to everyone who managed to look under the reviews, please DO NOT go to this Taco Bell for your LIFE unless you enjoy LUKEWARM beverages, MISSING items, and POOR service.

Imagine sitting on your couch relaxing with your wife, you have the munchies so you spend $35 for Taco Bell delivery, just to get completely disappointed. Then call and the answer is well sorry we have 2 new people. You should probably fire those new people for their lack of giving a shit!

Staff was courteous but my order was made incorrectly and the black beans texture was off. The restroom was out of toilet paper and hand soap. The ice outside the front entrance also was not even salted or removed.
Grabbing lunch on my road trip. Other than the struggle to get into the place due to road construction, the workers are friendly & helpful and the food is fresh ♡

I’ve been to almost every Taco Bell in nwi I can say honestly this was not only the fastest yet most accurate and best quality and service I’ve had in forever the younger crowd that works here isn’t on the phone listening to music or acting a fool like most Taco Bell’s nowadays hats off to them

It's 7:21 PM on September 17, 2024 and we ordered a $7 box!
I went to eat the chalupa and it had onions. They quickly resolved it, giving me the best chalupa I've ever had (no onions) and letting us keep the other one. The rest of the food was cooked to perfection as well, and the staff was very friendly and caring and ready/willing to resolve any problems! Thanks for a great experience!

Online order. Paid for extra beef and sour cream, got neither. Asked for light beans, they gave me extra. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I got there.
