Half my order was missing. I ordered 4 cheesy gordita crunches and what I got was wet bread with ground beef and a little cheese. My cinnomon delights were not in the bag nor was my 5 layer burrito. The order was put together lazy. Only thing that came proper was my 2 fries. This is just sad.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me so I often find myself going here. While the food is good and the orders are usually correct, the amount of time it takes for the food to be ready makes this nowhere near fast food. I am typing this as I have waiting 50 MINUTES in the drive through lane. This has happened before, with the average time usually being 20 minutes. The staff might be trying their hardest but they look like the move with no urgency.

This review is for the women's bathroom. Someone was too lazy to put the rolls in the container so they are just sutting on top. However, in the smaller bathroom there was a room on the purse hanger with blood all over the inside cardboard. Ruined my appetite.

Drive through - Tony Williams and Jarrell. Worst experience. Spent over 45 minutes in the line with our baby crying. It took 30 minutes just to order. And then another 15 to refund our order after waiting for 10. What really upset me was that the language used by Tony was inappropriate considering children were in the car. It’s not our fault that his mic was not working to order. It’s not our fault there were others in the line. This was a terrible experiences with no apologies or “sorry for the wait”. Also, talking to other patrons and complaining about us to them is so unprofessional. It’s disappointing to feel like maybe we were treated poorly because we were not White.

It's as you would expect for taco bell, but they forgot to give us two items in our drive through order.

We stopped in to grab a snack and waste some time. We normally would go through drive through, but went inside. We are used the machine on the wall to order, the employee let us know he was there if we needed him. All went well. Snack were great and before leaving we chatted with a Leroy who wanted to make sure we felt good leaving. All good keep up the good work!!
