Don't miss this place. It's comfy. You can relax. It's a little romantic if you're on a date.
The staff are just like old friends. Super helpful if your gluten free or don't know how to pronounce the names of the food. (I'm both). Absolutely fantastic food. It's a regular stop for us now. Don't miss this place. Best Puerto Rican food we've had.

Dietary restrictions: They have things that are Gluten Free. Just ask the server.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think it's wheel chair accessible. There's a step or two up at the door.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in.
Chose the bar top. There was one other table finishing their lunch.
Everything we tried was hot & fresh!
The Bartender was friendly & proud of the drinks & food she was serving us.
That's important.
We tried lechon jibarito, papa de rellenos, totones, rice, beans & platanos. Everything was sooooo good.
It has been awhile since my last visit, but I'm trying to plan my next visit soon!

Truly authentic puertorrican food. It felt like home! Everything was so delicious. Best mofongo I've ever had. The drink flavors were so unique and good. Atmosphere was great! Will definitely be returning.

So disappointed with this place. 3rd time there and again they have no food. I understand you run out of food but you make more if you know your going to run out. Today no steak, no lechon, no alcapurria, no pastellios and it's only 8:30 and there open late. The second time I went they had no white rice, well white rice only takes 20 minutes to make. That tells me everything is just sitting there and nothing is fresh. So disappointed. Oh and we had to seat ourselves and wait 10 minutes for the lady to tell us no food.

The pollo guisado is the best meal I’ve ever eaten in Hobart. My family and I had a wonderful experience overall, can’t wait to visit again soon.

The food was phenomenal with great portions and super accommodating for a food alergy. Josh was amazing as a server and a bartender. The mood was great and so was the music. Fellow Puerto Rican approved by far 👌 🙌🏻 👏

Came here for date night with hubs to try something new. Come upon this gem with good reviews. It is small but intimate. Only problem I had was that the music was a little loud and made it hard to hear each other at times. Other than that no complaints. For app we got tostones with mango pico and a pastellio. He got the steak with tostones entree. I the stewed chicken. Very good. The rice and beans with my entree was a bit better. Took the flan to go and IT WAS AMAZING! Definitely great for date night. For an app, two drink, two entree’s, and dessert less than $100 which is rare. The couple that owns the place greeted us as well. Will be back.

The atmosphere was amazing! I felt like I was in an Island restaurant. Gladys, the owner, was amazing!! She is so proud of her culture and enjoyed sharing stories. She is the perfect hostess. The food and drinks were all top shelf!! Definately worth going if you like authentic Puerto Rican food!!
