When I say this is the absolute worst WENDY’S in the world! Like at night time they can never get it right!
We went to this Wendy's on Sunday March 16, 2025 around 4:30pm - 4:50pm to get my daughter something to eat. We order a simple Asiago chicken sandwich meal. After getting home, my daughter bit into her sandwich and bit an earbud. Yes, an earbud was in her sandwich. After attending to her and you tooth from biting something hard. I called the location
I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady who answered the phone E----- stated she is the manager on duty. I informed her what just happened and how we are bothered by the situation. She stated the some there is looking for a earbud and that ridiculous. She then processed to state that "I'm going to put you on hold for one moment". I was fine with that and stated okay.
Moments later another young lady came to the phone and began to state how sorry she that this happen, she wasn't by the sandwich area, it got really busy, she doesn't know how it happen and how can she fix this. After realizing it was no longer the manager, I asked the employee her name and she stated M------.
I informed the young lady that this is unacceptable and as for the ear bud, my step-daughter doesn't live close by.
We were really bother by the ear bud in the sandwich, that is nasty and we won't be going to this location again. However, we are so disappointed how the manager throw the employee on the phone to solve a situation that she is suppose to fix. That bothered me more, leadership starts from the top.
Also, I did not put there names on here privacy, respect, they know who they are and corporate has already been informed of the situation.
Manger winter can not control staff unprofessional dirty store food is not up to SerfSafe standards restroom smells like piss and kitchen staff don’t follow food safety guidelines! Staff clearly does whatever they want ! Do not recommend!

Food was good quick and warm sat in. The manager on evening shift has the nerve to yell at a cashier in front on a customer evening management needs training everything else ran smoothly manager was on drive thru and should never be on a position should be able to move around and act with her team.
Manager disciplined am employee in a negative way infront if several customers
Date Thursday March 12th time was about 7:30 pm please let the food is good the manager needs training

So my sister went to this wendy's today and she order a chicken sandwich. When she got home there was a earpiece in the sandwich. So she call to speak with the manager and her name was Eisa. When Eisa got on The phone and my sister told her she said they was looking for the earpiece. Then she put the employee on the phone which her name is Marica. Marica said she don't know how it got there but she was sorry. The manager never got back on the phone and it seems like she didn't care so I will never got to this wendy again and if you do please check your food before leaving.

Enjoyed the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich. Didn't enjoy the manager. Yelling at workers. The crew dynamics didn't feel right.
Everyone was doing there own thing and didn't feel connected as a team in anyway. Wasnt busy I can only imagine what would happen during a rush. Food was good. Just not sure afternoon team is giving each other respect and good communication.

I ordered my food just for me to have to wait 30 minutes while everyone else got their food mind you I was first one to order my food when everyone else behind me got their food while they left my food sitting there. It’s didn’t happen once but 2 times to me in this month alone.

Rude as hell
Came here simply because it was too late to cook dinner. I got my food somewhat quick, but the problem is, the food was cold. I mean had no warmth WHATSOEVER, I pulled out one of my double stacks once I got on I65 and took a bite. THE FOOD TASTED OLD AND WAS COLD.

Terrible Experience – Never Again!
If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars, I would. Stopped by the location on 61st in Hobart, and it was an absolute disaster. They were out of buns for their premium burgers—how does a burger place run out of buns? Instead of letting me know upfront what they didn’t have, the drive-thru worker rudely listed off what they did have, which was a ridiculous waste of time. Speaking of the drive-thru worker, she was beyond rude, acting like it was an inconvenience that I was even there.
To make matters worse, baby girl really wanted chili but their was none ready apparently and we were already racing against the clock employees were hanging around outside the back door, smoking cigarettes while walking in and out of the restaurant it looked like a zoo with the zookeeper being the lady running the drive through . Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. This location is a joke, and I won’t be back. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Ordered 2 for 7 and large fry(coupons for free) and got to window was almost charged full price. If I didn't say nothing. Pulled up to second window she had her head out the window looking for the hold up amd didnt even tepatr my order. First it was 16 and some change that didn't sound rite. So I told her. Then she didn't scan my phone for the fries and said if it don't scan you can't get it. 😒 . Got to work which is rite across the street and fries were cold and salty as can be and burger wasn't made the way I asked.

Food was good but that’s about all that’s good about this place. The manager screaming at employees in front of customers. employee’s touching food, then their phones, then back to touching customer’s food. Employee’s giving attitude for everything, even came down to “it’s in the bag” when asked about sauce, even though it was absolutely not in the bag. Acted out over 4 orders, and don’t forget the constant side eye while waiting for our food. Couldn’t give me a receipt. Absolutely horrible service, I will not be returning. They used to have a good team of employees that did their job and did just that. This crew acts as if it was a huge problem to even have you in their store.
