I’m so tired of yall forgetting something, yeah I should check the bag bf I leave but I don’t feel like moving food to the side to find out what’s what. This the third time yall forgot my 6 piece nugget with my meal. If it happens again there will be problems.

The hospitality and tone of a service base place was extremely disappointing. It’s nice to be important but it’s important to be nice. Everyone should be treated and spoken like it’s there grandma, not with a robotic and annoyed tone.

Well.. Just left and hit the highway.. have cold fries. Barely warm burger. Burger was made well but Barely warm. The guy in the drive thru was i guess idk not in the mood or something. We had 4 drinks he gave us 2. Then we let him know about the missing drinks he gave us 1 more. Then we had to let him know about the last one. No sorry no thank you or anything.. 1 pop 3 frosties and no straws spoons or anything. Guess we will be having melted chocolate soup lol. Usually good service but they dropped the ball on this one

I ordered a Cinnabon pull apart and it looked disgusting. The frosting that's supposed to be white was a yellowish color, it smelled funny. I didn't even eat it.

Please just fire everybody involved and rehire completely… from general management on down to the cashiers… high traffic location- service is horrible, they’re always out of a handful of menu items.. even door dashing here is a nightmare…inside dining area is always filthy!!! Just pathetic

For one the salads that we ordered did not have the chicken properly cut up to the salads are completely smaller than actually advertised three one of our meals did not have cheese sauce available at the store so the store decided to or asked us if we want to substitute it out And we said yes we wanted more bacon and substitution for the cheese and even with that there was still barely any bacon put on the meal and the fact that we are still paying eight dollars for 3/4 of the extra salad meal Very ridiculous very ashamed of Wendy’s as a brand will not be going back anytime soon until it has changed
