Don't waste your time going here. I stopped by here this morning to get breakfast and the experience was horrible. The level of incompetence and was unreal. The lady couldn't hear when I was placing my order and I drove up to the window to place my order instead. Guess what they still got it wrong. I'm guessing the larger woman with a different shirt on was the manger and she was fussing at the worker in the window. They were all looking and acting crazy and ghetto. It was the strangest thing ever. I drove away from here so fast.

Absolutely rude and awful customer service. Asked nicely for a drink carrier and was told VERY rudely they were still working on it. Would not say anything after that to us. We understand being busy but there's no reason to have an attitude for a simple request that we asked nicely about. Will NOT be coming back after being talked to so nasty

First time visitor. Stopped by for lunch on our way to ORD. We were told they could only accept cash at the moment. The cashiers didn't mention it to the customers before & after us nor those on drive-thru. We pulled our phone up and told them we would just order from the app for pick up. They immediately told us they could try to run our CC to see if it would work. The staff definitely got some cash handling issues in this location. Foods and cleanliness were average and probably won't be back to this location.

I just came from the drive through, I asked for the new breakfast burrito without cheese. The lady just told me they came with cheese. I asked if they were frozen or did they make them on the spot. She said she just made some five minutes ago and they all have cheese. I said couldn't you just make me one with no cheese. She said I don't think so. I said well that's kinda lazy isn't it? I'm so glad people are getting paid to be ignorant and lazy. God bless America. Great job Wendy's.

I ordered food, and I was instructed to park and wait. My food was taken to another customer who just parked. I was already waiting 15 minutes. So when I saw this, I was irritated. Who wants to wait at a fast food restaurant plus watch them pass your order to the wrong customer.

I stop going to this Wendy for 3 years. I thought I could try 61st again maybe they would have new management. The first time I went in the morning and got breakfast used a a gift card, the manager automatically charged me for large. I was wondering why my two meals was 20.00. She hands me these big ol drinks. I asked her why did she automatically charge me for a large. She said you have to say you don’t want one not to get it. I had to explain to her she can offer a up sale but cannot force it. She did offer me my money back but they never admit that they were wrong. Then told me they don’t carry jelly knowing they serve breakfast sandwiches. Boom I had my spouse go there today. I don’t know who was there this morning but I wanted the 2 for 3$ items on the breakfast menu. I wanted to add cheese to my sausage biscuit and they told her they don’t modify the sandwich. I add cheese at the Wendy’s on US 30 they just charge me extra. She was also told she had to get a coffee as if the online special shows you can get a small drink if you want. I don’t know if people aren’t being trained properly but they need some help because the manager is either lazy or really don’t know what she is doing. I worked as a manager for 8 years there is no way this is normal. Now I’m never going back to that one in life. They need new management.
