Wonderful little burgers! Moved away with no WC so when we moved locally we bought WC hamburgers hoping they were the same as remembered. They were. We ordered 2 crave cases. The service was quick and efficient. Very good drive-thru experience.

Normally we don't have too much trouble with this location, however today was awful. Ordered on the app as we always do. Went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. Customers kept coming and going. 30 mins later and I asked what was taking so long. Then was told there was no order in my name. Then showed the order from the app. They then realized that there was a bag sitting on the kitchen counter that temperature wise had clearly been sitting there for the entire time. They threw it out, remade everything which took another 10 mins because they had to recook the order. All the while the person remaking it kept saying I didn't see an order. There was no apologies and zero offer to compensate for our horrible experience. So, be warned about the service here. The food is usually good but not feeling like it makes up enough for their lack of good service.

White Castle is nowhere the same as it used to be. The bread used to be egg bread, and now it doesn't have any flavor to it. I was somewhat disappointed and won't be back.

Now a whole whole back I had a pretty big order, and I love coming there. The food is always HOT and Made RIGHT 👍. Now this particular day, my friend was craving their "HOT SAUCE", which he loves ❤️. We got all the way home to MILLER BEACH, which everyone knows is 🚫 NOT close at all. Now the manager said she would replace the order, but I don't want to be greedy, I asked for 4 double 🍔 no onion. She then 👍, I was supposed to go back the next day, but kinda forgot. So , I will try and go back today. Let's 🙈 if they honor it. Placed a mobile order for 2 chicken sliders. Pulled up to the speaker (4am just got off work not a single car in the drive thru) was put on hold for almost 6 minutes. While waiting I saw the sloppy job deal for $5. Asked the girl if could get 2 sloppy joes, fry, and drink. She tells me $10 something. I said HUH?! She said you want 2 sloppy joes, fry, and drink I replied YES she again tells me $10…. I said what about the $5 deal. She said “oh that’s what you want” 🙄. Get to the window and it was $5.05 (thinking taxes are wrong should be $5.35). Then she said wait it’s $7.35 so I give $10.35 then told my nickel is Canadian (4am dark in my car) we got the .5 cents out of the way 🙄. As I went to leave realized no drink. This man came around the corner so I flagged him down. As he went to make the drink a girl with glasses came to correct what he was doing. She dumped the ice out of the cup and scooped ice back in (what he was doing wrong God only knows. If it was more ice than should be at this point I didn’t really care). As I’m driving I went to eat a sloppy Joe. I took one bite into a HARD bun THINKING did I just receive the luck of the draw for the one that receives bad service all day (not a single napkin in the bag). Get home the other sandwich bun is HARD. Had cheese on my fries and a side of cheese that I never ordered, jalapeño cheese on my chicken (mobile order and didn’t edit the cheese). After this experience it reminded me why I only go to White Castle ONCE a year after a few drinks when I’m hungry and won’t remember much of the visit. Should had just went to Mc D across the street since I know what to expect with consistency.

Now if its really late at night this is the place to go to if you're really are hungry and are looking for that late night burger because they are hot off the grill, unless you would rather go to McDonald's and order a Way over price Cold ass Burger from them .
