The service here is super slow. I've ordered pick up, scheduled pick up, and delivery. Each time I'm waiting longer than I should be. Especially for scheduled pick up. If I schedule a time to pick up food, I expect it to be ready. The food is fine. But because of the wait time I might as well drive further away to a different location.

Awful, ordered a combo meal online for delivery. Then I get a call to be told they don't have the product I ordered when I ask for a refund they tell me no. Awful business and shady will never go there again. I usually order about once a week. Never again.
So now you reply and just say sorry, but still never refunded me my money that you stole. You never have me a product but took the money. Awful business.

The manager is rude as hell he disrespects his employees he talks to them so crazy the places isn’t clean they don’t use gloves to make yall food they be in there eating while they cooking yall food the foods never made right my wings are always uncooked or barley sauced . This establishment is horrible and everytime I call to speak to corporate they send me to customer service instead NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR RAN BY ANOTHER PERSON

The worst order of wings with fries i have ever ordered. The fries were so greasy and tasted like they never changed the grease I r cleaned the trap. I had to throw the fries out. The bag was a greasy mess. The wings very greasy but eat able. We will never order from here again. Spent over 50 dollars for garbage.

NEVER GOING BACK- Worst of the worst. This place went to the pits. Wings are ridiculously small and some are all breading. No one wants to hear about it. Been like this the last couple times now.

So ordered food didn't say it was doordash delivery dasher picks up food cancels order so call for refund wingstop won't help then doordash refunds the store call back say they can't help no store manager thing is no where on the wingstop website does it say they use doordash won't be ordering from here again honestly should have read reviews seems like there is nothing but problems with the hobart location if I was the owner I would clean house starting with the manager that isn't there
