We live in the Chesterton area but we’re out in Hobart one evening so decided to stop in for takeout around 7:30 PM for dinner. Nobody was inside customer wise. Took a few minutes for someone to finally come from back to take our order, we ordered 2 boneless 8 piece combos - cashier was quiet and mumbled our total, we didnt check out receipt (clearly that needs to start happening). Waited inside probably about 20 minutes for our food.. nobody seemed to be wanting to be there working - probably 4-5 just standing around in back with maybe 1-2 actually doing work for online orders and ours. We finally get our food and drive home - come to find out the cashier didn’t give us 2 boneless combos, it was one boneless and one classic.. if we wanted classic we would have ordered it. Cashier didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and didn’t feel like confirming our order and there’s no screen to see what he pushed and clearly we need to check their keying on a receipt beforehand. Neither of us really care for sauces classic wings so when we tried to call for a refund on that combo - nobody wanted to answer the phone the 5-6 times we called and waited on hold each time (shocker since nobody seemed like they wanted to work). We won’t be stopping in next time we’re out in the area and we won’t be recommending our families and friends to stop in either - they don’t really care about good customer service.

I ordered two wings combos with large cheese fries. I placed my order online it’s was quoted to be ready in 25 minutes. I drove there from South Haven went in an older woman was helping the person infront of me in line and then walked away from the register ignoring me and the person behind me. I was waiting at the register and one of the kids came up from the back and helped me, he said my order wasn’t ready yet and confirmed my order and said they were still working on the wings and will have it ready soon. There were some other people are waiting in there when I came in so I understood they were a little busy. I sat inside for about 15 minutes and the same kid called my names and gave me an huge bag and the cups, I drove all the way home and they left out my whole other combo. They gave me 1 large cheese fries and 1 10 piece wing and like 6 cups of ranch. I don’t know I was waiting for them finish making the meal and then they leave it out. Attempted to call to get refund or see what can be done if I come back it’s an automated system that just places you on hold for 20 minutes and the disconnects. Tried to get in touch with a manager 3 times and never got through. The whole system is a joke so be aware if you order. Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them to fulfill your whole order.

I occasionally get delivery from this Wingstop and they NEVERRR miss. Foods always hot, drink icy, carrots CRISP, wings fat and saucy. I almost always order later in the evening and let me say, to the entire evening shift, I hope yall are being treated RIGHT. I love yall so much. Thank you for always coming through. I’m eating y’all’s food right now and I already can’t wait for my next order.

Drove 30 minutes to try this place because I hear a lot of good things. Food was good, employees were very nice. However the building was extremely dirty and stinky. After eating my fries and wings, I got the WORST FOOD POISONING OF MY LIFE. I am trying this review on the toilet, I am DYING! Something is not right about this place! Spare yourself the projective vomiting please.

This store is horrible I witnessed a friend sit on hold for 7 minutes then when she walked into the store to place her order instead she got attitude and people just standing around dancing while customers wait for their orders not to mention they even forgot part of her order shocking This store has gone down hill since the managers Michael and Ashley left. I will never go to this store again and neither will my friend after the disrespect tonight

Had the Louisiana Chicken sandwich $5.99 and added 2 chicken strips $1.99 (mild) . They gave me 3 strips instead of 2 ! I ordered a large side of ranch and got 5 ! It was all fresh , crispy , inexpensive and amazing !

Drink machine never works and they don’t have any drinks in the cooler. They randomly just stop taking walk in orders whenever they want. There’s always gone be something wrong with the other they like to rush and not do it right. They gave me uncooked fries and still charged for a drink even tho there were none.
