Stevey our waitress was outstanding...we celebrated my Husband's birthday with family and friends had over 40 in attendance...she waited on all of us and did an awesome job. We had the Steak dinner... it was good...if you need a place to gather with friends or family this is a good place...call ahead to make sure the family area (back room) is available.

This is a wonderful place to have a drink and meal. The food was great and the view was fabulous. This place does not disappoint as it is right on the water with large windows to view the lake. There are not a lot of places in NE Indiana that are right on the water. The Shady Nook Inn is the rare exception and worth the visit. There is a good beer selection and the food was great too.

Awesome atmosphere and service! They even made a grilled cheese for my daughter that isn’t even on the menu. The owner stopped by our table and chatted with us for a couple minutes.

A fun restaurant and bar with a nice lakeside deck. Good food, fair prices.Very busy during the weekend in summer, and very loud inside, so go early, and eat outside if you get the chance!
