“We went for an early dinner on Monday. They were not busy, but it was 4:30. We ordered fried mushrooms to share. They were hot and delicious. I ordered ham and bean soup and the tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes and corn (the vegetable of the day). My mom ordered the clam strip basket with French fries. Both of us were very happy with our food. It came out hot and tasty. The only thing we didn't like was that the mushrooms and soup came out with the food. It would have been better if they came out first. Second thing was, the corn was not good. It tasted like it had been cooking since breakfast. Next time I will avoid the corn. Service was quick and attentive. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but it's good enough to go back again.“

“I recently stopped by The Lucky Turtle to attend a group meet-up. The service was excellent and very attentive. The atmosphere in the private dining area was nice enough. My pulled pork sandwich was okay, but it was a far cry from the North Carolina BBQ I grew up with. The loaded potato skins were good and so was the chocolate cake. I can't wait to come back!“
