Brandon and the rest of the DQ crew, thank you for the hospitality. This is one of those reviews I thought had to be done, not because of the food, but because of the people. I have made my way through this drive through on a dozen occasions but today's stood out. It is typically on the slow side, but with every industry having staffing issues, thats to be expected. What isnt always expected is a positive attitude. I watched Brandon serve the two drivers in front of me in the drive thru with a smile and a demeanor that looked genuine. His actions continued when I pulled up to the window and he greeted me with a smile and kind words. Sometimes an average food experience can become a great one without changing a single item on the menu.

The past 2 times I have come to this DQ was in the morning. Google says the drive thru is open at 630 and both times I have not gotten any service, if the hours are wrong on google then it needs to be fixed if not the employees need to answer the drive thru
What a melted mess the last two visits to this location. The blizzards would not pass the flip tests. We could have used straws.
We will be getting our ice cream from the jasper location from now on. I'm not sure if it is a machine issue or a cleaning issue, or they just can't make them correctly.
Chicken Strip Basket and Stawberry milkshake was delicious. The cashier was super friendly and helpful.
