I had a coupon. Buy one double stacker, get 1 for 99 cents when I got home to eat them. Only one of them had 2 pieces of meat. The other one was wrapped in paper and had 1 piece of meat.

Ordered small blizzards. Given minis. Looked up sizes and minis are half the size of the small we paid for! And no lids, no napkins, handed out the window a big mess. Two thumbs down today.

Stop to get ice cream nobody in line and said they can only do milkshakes. No blizzards. And usually slow as dirt.

Got in the drive through line at 8:45 p.m. Thursday 5/23; waiting for my turn. At 9:00, I was next in line, an employee came over the speaker to say they were closed. When I said I thought the drive through is supposed to be open until 9:30 p.m. according to Google search. The employee responded, “We’ll need to change that.” This was such a frustrating experience.

I’m tired of always getting my orders wrong I ordered one regular chicken strip basket and one garlic parm and they gave me to regular. Found that out when I got home. The garlic Parmesan strips are a dollar fifty more. Not happy called to speak to a manager repeatedly and they refuse to answer the phone

My family and I thought we could stop here and pick up something to eat. Biggest mistake ever! The food was cold and thrown together, the teenage girl at the drive thru taking our order was rude and very condescending when we were ordering, and to top it off wait times were incredibly long (even though we received cold food). I’ll just stick to Jasper if I really need DQ that bad. If I could give 0 stars for service I would.

Banged on the window to wake up employee and he said that they are closed. The sign on the window said the dinning room would be open at 11 am on 3/8 and 3/9 and I was trying to go in the dinning room at 1. Everyone inside was just standing around.
