Nothing against the workers because they were clearly understaffed and apologized for the wait. That said we waited about 30 minutes for food. (Companies should staff better and not be greedy running on a bare bones crew) The Mcgriddle was about the only good thing. The hash browns were a bit soggy. The pumpkin spice coffee tasted like the smell of a bathroom 𤢠Speaking of bathrooms... You walk in and hear a loud noise to find the toilets flushing endlessly wasting tons of water because the sensors are broken. Last but not least do we really have to have a church sermon playing on the radio?

This is the third time Iâve come to this McDonaldâs and had to wait 15 minutes or more in the drive-thru just to get my food. On top of that, every single one of those times my order has been messed up. Slow service is one thing, but getting the wrong food after waiting that long is even more frustrating.

Accidentally ordered mcchicken meals instead of McDoubles. Asked if they could change them. Was told they couldnât because âthey already made the mchickensâ. Yeah, like you always make to order. Anyway, it was my fault, so we looped around again with our order of McDoubles. Ate the mchickens after. They were spicy. We didnât order spicy. Guess neither of us did our part, huh?
I ordered a number 7 and got my 2 sandwiches with only 1 pickle on each sandwich!!! How do I pay that price?! The fries were warm but lack of mustard, ketchup and especially pickle was extremely disappointing!

We visited this location after the Southridge graduation ceremony. The whole place was filthy and customer service was nonexistent. Some of the issues are because of the recent changes McDonaldâs is mandating from the corporate side (ordering at kiosks with no one at the counter, remodeling the building so that the kitchen is completely hidden from customers and keeps the workers separated from the dining area), but some of it is complete mismanagement. No trays to carry food? No napkins to wipe off the disgusting filth covering the tables? Bathrooms that havenât been cleaned in who knows how long? Weâre done with McDonaldâs once and for all - at all locations.
