Ordered from the Huntingburg store on the app. Added the items to my cart and went to check-out. Their frequently buggy system logged me out. I logged back in and saw the items in the cart and checked out.
A pop-up said your order will be ready for pick-up in Tell City. Which was really odd because that store was in a different time zone and wasn't open yet.
I tried calling the number for both stores, and nobody answered. I decided to drive to the Huntingburg store and straighten it out there.
I arrived at the Huntingburg store at around around 11:30 am. The store's door was locked, and the lights were off. I knocked on the door, and nobody answered.
I tried calling again, and their overseas call center answered. I explained what was going on. She insisted the store was open and put me through to their direct line. Of course, nobody answered the phone because there wasn't anybody in the store.
I called back again and explained to the second call center agent what happened, and he wanted to put me through to the store, and I told him no. He insisted their system showed the store was open. I told him I was outside the door looking in, it was locked, the lights were off, and nobody was there. He was very nice but told me there was nothing else he could do for me.
He suggested I go to the Pizza Hut website and fill out the complaint form. When I returned to work, I did. Guess what? After I filled out that form, it told me I had to log in. When I logged in, it deleted what I filled out. I gave up.
If the goal was to create a system with no accountability and to make sure the corporate office never hears a customer complaint, Pizza Hut excelled in doing so. If the goal was to serve food, they were a complete failure.
I am so glad I opted to pay with cash rather than my card because I would have had to call my bank and initiate a chargeback.

Staff was amazing ordered food thru door dash, and door dash never picked up the order, a member from the staff took the time to deliver the pizza to the hotel since door dash never picked up, thank you guys again for the awesome service and for going out of the way to deliver it after closing. Very much appreciated

The service was really bad. I had to call like five times. This lady cannot understand what I was saying and had me say it like 1 million times when I called the manager, they hanged up on me for no reason and when the driver came, they parked somewhere else and went to another person‘s door, especially when I said that we were upstairs and not downstairs like that’s really bad service never ordering from there again?

Tried to call and place an order with no answer. So my wife and I went in and ordered wait and got our pizza and wings. The pizza was thrown together and all over the box.
My Husband can't have dairy, so he orders BBQ pizza. They are so kind and always give him a great amount of toppings! We really appreciate their efforts and kindness!Thank you Pizza Hut!

Worst experience of my life pizza was to oily and the bread sticks were hard as a bricks and the manager was rude and had a bad attitude. Got it replaced a second time and it tasted and looked like cardboard and bread sticks were still hard as bricks it made us sick for two day days and we didn't enjoy our meal or our New Year. So I recommend you go somewhere else.i will never eat there again!
