We are new to town, some of the nicest people you will ever meet work here. Very welcoming and the food is good. They made us ladies feel so welcome. We appreciated it.We will be back. Def recommend.

The food is always so delicious and fresh. I don't mind waiting for my food because I know that it is being cooked after my order has been taken and so knowing that their food is cooked to order, the wait is worth it to me and my husband. The waitresses are always kind and attentive and make sure that you are completely taken care of and satisfied with your meal.

Service was excellent, food was brought out very quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend the breaded tenderloin with white gravy. I'll definitely be coming back again!

A friend and I came in to eat and the food was really good and our waitress was really sweet and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Everyone seemed friendly in a home town setting.

They tried to give me half of an order of meatloaf instead of a full while charging me for for a full order. Then, they charged me 3.50 for a tiny minature bowl of apple sauce. Then acted like it was my problem instead of theirs. They are very rude here when something goes wrong and extremely dishonest. I have never been treated so badly for a little hole in the wall place as this, will NEVER return!! Stay far far far far away, they are not honest enough to tell you they are out of food, they just scrape the bottom of the pan, put it in a pile on your plate and expect you to eat it.. they also make sure they stare at you giving you dirty looks for the remainder of your dining experience. I was with a group so I could not be rude and simply leave. The women that owns the place is horrid!!! They took me for 3.50 hope that makes the happy.. then they will gossip about you to other customers behind your back as if you are from low society... the only low society I see here are the owner, the food preparer (he is not professional enough to be called a chef), the owner of the establishment, the ones who was gossiping about the situation (putting myself down of course), and the waitress who handed out the slop on the plate (not good enough to be called a meal) .... so, again I advise you DO NOT ENTER HERE they are terrible

Food was good, service was slow but it was not the servers fault, owners fault for not scheduling properly. There were several of us in our group but after we found out the problem everyone was good with the wait.

We've been a couple of times for breakfast and have been happy with the service and food. My sons ordered OJ and they didn't have much left so someone went to the store and bought more. We did not expect that, but it was very kind. The Shack Stack is my favorite. We look forward to visiting Jack's Place when we're in the area.
The staff is always friendly & courteous. I always receive a greeting. Food is really good! Reasonable, fair prices. The beef Manhattan is my absolute favorite!!! The meat is tender, pull apart, melt in your mouth as it should be. PERFECT!! I won't get one from anywhere else. My husband always gets the meatloaf and is a big fan of it. Our sons enjoy the fried chicken. They enjoy the motzerella sticks & tator tots among other things. The place is always clean. Has fresh pies. The owner is always kind & friendly to our family & top of the line service! We enjoy it here. Highly recommended!
