Food was good, service was slow but it was not the servers fault, owners fault for not scheduling properly. There were several of us in our group but after we found out the problem everyone was good with the wait.
We've been a couple of times for breakfast and have been happy with the service and food. My sons ordered OJ and they didn't have much left so someone went to the store and bought more. We did not expect that, but it was very kind. The Shack Stack is my favorite. We look forward to visiting Jack's Place when we're in the area.
The staff is always friendly & courteous. I always receive a greeting. Food is really good! Reasonable, fair prices. The beef Manhattan is my absolute favorite!!! The meat is tender, pull apart, melt in your mouth as it should be. PERFECT!! I won't get one from anywhere else. My husband always gets the meatloaf and is a big fan of it.
