Cold potatoe cakes, a gyro with no meat, and drive thru service that was non-existent even with an empty lobby. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere. I won't go back.

The good....the drive thru person was very friendly.
The bad....THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF AT 6PM! We ordered 2 of the turkey bacon ranch sandwiches....NO RANCH ON 1 AND NO BACON ON THE OTHER. The hot ham and cheese was COLD and wrapped in 2 papers like they were trying to heat it up. HIGHLY suggest not going to this Arbys!

I have stopped by this restaurant over lunch twice now and both times had to end up driving off without getting my food due to the long wait. I tried to give them a second try after the first incident, however, it happened again. I understand it being lunch rush, but both times it was a 25-30 minute wait, and that was me not even receiving my food, who knows how long the wait actually was. The second time, I was the only vehicle in the drive through, so I’m having a hard time understanding. At this point, it’s safe to say I will no longer be visiting this restaurant due to the excessive wait times. This is a fast food chain and unfortunately they are anything but fast.

I ordered a half pound roast beef meal large size with potatoes cakes.
I asked for the potatoe cakes to be cooked fresh. When I got home with my order the cakes were ice cold.. there is no way they gave me fresh ones…. My roast beef also ice cold.. No napkins in the bag….
Over the past year this location has gone down hill very badly…

You know how drive-thrus 'always' mess up orders? This Arbys got me this time. I ordered a half pound roast beef but was given a brisket sandwich instead. I ate it. Ya know what? It was EXPONENTIALLY better than I thought, and I wish they'd given me 2!! Well done guys, happy mistakes sometimes please customers unexpectedly.

Placed ordat drive through at 9pm. The lobby was empty and Noone in the car line. I placed a order for 4 people. 3 combos and extra sides. The team member was rude and the order was incomplete which I didn't realize until I returned to my hotel. Buyer beware

I just want to say the cashier at Jasper,Indiana he's name is Ian was amazing and worked so hard to make sure there were no mistakes and wanted to get your order right.....regardless his disability also the guy that was cleaning lobby did an awesome job as well!

Dropped into Arby's in Jasper today to get a couple of roast beef sandwiches at about 10:30am. There were about three cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in. I stood and waited easily over three minutes before any worker would come to the register. Two female workers knew I was there, but didn't even say a word to me or made eye contact with me. A male worker finally came up the register - I assume to wait on me. He was messing with the order/computer thingy and never made eye contact with me or said anything to me. Not one word was said to me by any of these workers. No, "Hi, I'll be right with you" or "Good morning. It will be just a minute". It was a poor display of customer courtesy by these "workers". Sorry, Arby's - I won't be coming to your restaurant any time soon. 😒

I went through the drive through to order my food and when I got to the window to pay and get my food I didn't have all in ordered so placed another order for the sandwich I didn't have. Got home 25 miles away and was so upset when I opened my sandwich. I ordered a half pound roast beef with lettuce ,tomatoes, onions, and mayo. I had 2 thin slices of roast beef and on top of its was that red sauce dripping out plus the mayo And lettuce. No onion.
