Very impressed with the customer service, and the food, as well, of course. Due to a misunderstanding at the drive thru, I was left waiting for my food for over half an hour. When I went in to check on my food the manager, AJ, was very understanding, stating that it was “egregious to be waiting for half an hour,” (a very studious word choice by the way!) and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Such an astute managerial staff really makes the customer experience, and sets an outstanding example of excellent customer service for their employees! I would happily go back here thanks to the wonderful treatment of their customers as well as the quality and attention of the food. Thank you, again, AJ!

This place used to have the best cheesecake custard then they decided to cheap out and replace the cheesecake base with plain vanilla ice cream. What’s so special about vanilla ice cream? Nothing. That’s why everybody hates the cheesecake flavors now. At least my wallet will be happy. I used to spend $60+ each cheesecake day buying 12-16 pints. Looks like I’m going back to Dairy Queen.

Culvers is one of the few fast food chains I'm thoroughly impressed at both the quality or food AND service. I'm not sure if it's the training or that they're really good at hiring genuine hard working teens, but I've been served better in Culvers than table service restaurants. Keep up the good work!

I bought my mom the chicken strips and fries and a bowl of chili. She is elderly and can’t go places anymore so I brought it to her. She loved it and ate almost all of it. The food is hot and made to order. The service is spot on and the place is clean. 5 stars across the board.

I bought the chicken strips and fries for my mom who is elderly and in a nursing facility. She loved it and ate almost all of it. She said she wants me to order from Culver’s again for her sometime. The service is great, the manners of the staff is great. And the food is delicious. I also feel very welcome when I go there instead of feeling rushed and unimportant. Great place.
