I called and spoke to Zack regarding our cheese dips to report they are like solid blocks of cheese. The package says to shake well and no amount of shaking would help a solid piece of cheese. He suggested putting them in the microwave and the package states 'do not microwave'. Either way all of them went in the trash because even trying to cut a piece off to spread it on your cheese stick didnt work!
