The atmosphere is super neat—full of character. I ordered a salad and was blown away by how big it was. Definitely not your average side salad—it was fresh, filling, and absolutely delicious. Oh my goodness…..this is such a GREAT place. I am constantly looking for a food place that can help me eat with convenience while fighting inflammation. I got the Vegan chick pea salad with balsamic vinaigrette and I looked up the ingredients and EVERY single ingredient helps fight inflammation and is good for GI health. I’m not even a vegan but this salad was so delicious!!!! Well done Emerald Greens…..thank you for finally giving me an alternative to convenience and healthy !!!!!
