Worst place in Jasper. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit I ordered looked and felt like it was made the day before. The double cheeseburger I got was not fresh. I got a refund on my biscuit and very specifcally requested a fresh made one. My fresh made one consisted of a less than room temperature burger. The fries were nasty too.
The food at this location isn't fit to feed a rabid dog.
Note to owner, close the place, tear down the building and sell it all to someone who actually knows how to run a restataunt.

I pulled up at 5:20 am. No one attempted to take my order, and as I drove away, I noticed no lights were on. I was really excited to get a breakfast sandwich and a diet coke as I got to go in to work at 600 instead of my usual 300 am, but I left the parking lot extremely disappointed.

Waited for 7 minutes in drive thru without being greeted. I asked if they were open? The lady at the speaker said order whenever. I tried to order biscuits and gravy and was told they didn’t have any biscuits this morning. I take that as they were too lazy to make more just like they were too lazy to greet a drive thru customer.

It's been a while since my family and I went to Hardee's to eat, but I'm so glad that we did! The staff was absolutely amazing. They made sure the food got to out table in time. The food was absolutely amazing!! I'd like to give acknowledge to PJ one of the managers, she made sure everything was great for us. THANK YOU all to the Hardee's staff members and the managers! ???? We will definitely be returning!

People walking off the street walking in and into the kitchen sweat running off their heads and clothes completely wet and cooking food and getting cups from behind the counter. Absolutely disgusting.

Memories of "Home of the Thickburger" were dashed. What happened to you, Hardee's? I haven't eaten at one for years. And I'm not planning on giving it another try anytime soon. 10 min of waiting. They bagged the fries first and let them sit for 10 min as they finished the rest. I had to call back and ask one of the 3 guys in back to come around and help the person up front because he was dropping milkshakes as he was making them and we were going over 11 min. The whole time the guy up front was complaining how the manager gave herself the day off because it was her birthday but didn't tell anyone. Just left.

I never have a problem here, especially in the mornings everything is right and fast.
The staff is friendly and service was excellent. It was my first time eating at a Hardee's and the food itself is mediocre. I wouldn't go back to one based on quality of food. However if you love Hardee's this is the location for you!

I’ve been coming into this location For a long time. Store#17 Jasper Indiana. The men’s bathroom is one step above an outhouse. There is toilet paper on the floor with Nasty that’s been there for a couple weeks. The paper towel holder hasn’t worked for months. There’s only two workers here and one biscuit maker, Stay every time I come in this location needs major attention. The dining area is always empty. Management needs to really look into this issue.
