I ordered through the mobile app & got a chicken sandwich, a double burger, fry’s, a chicken basket. The chicken sandwich was burnt & was half the size of the buns, I ordered orange juice with the combo & they didn’t have any, she asked if I wanted anything else & I asked if I could have a milk shake & they were all out of milk. The burger I had customized was made wrong, most of the fries were cold, instead of the orange juice I got a cinnamon roll that had barely any flavor & was cold. I wanted a meal for me & my gf before we went into work & I was majorly disappointed. This was my first experience with. Hardee’s & it will probably be my last experience, it looks like I downloaded the app & made an account for almost nothing.

The food is great… when I can get service. I only have a half hour lunch break and waiting 15 mins in the drive through and no one would respond to me. Today I thought I would walk inside and maybe that would work better. I got ignored at the counter, not even a “be right with you” guess I won’t easy lunch again. I walked out . They only seemed concerned for a door dash order

Went through the drive thru today. Upon arriving, car in front of me looked frustrated and had pulled up past the speaker. Once I pulled up to the speaker, I was asked to wait by the woman running the drive thru. During this time, I could hear the woman shouting orders to others and acting very erratic. I was then asked for my order, the woman was very quick to answer with a hasty tone in her voice after I responded at the speaker. I had ordered a 15 piece chicken tender combo with a large fry and large Coke Zero. I asked for Honey Q sauce, was told they didnt have any so I opted for BBQ. Once at the window, I handed the woman my card and a coupon for $5 off $20 order. The woman stated that this wouldn't work at this restaurant and gave me the coupon back, handed me 2 glasses of Coke and asked me to pull forward. About a minute later, a man came walking out with a bag and a Coke Zero. The bag was for the lady in front of me, the drive thru lady then shouted to the man that he had messed up giving me my drinks and to just forget about it, he proceeded to take the Coke Zero back into the building. I was then brought out a bag a couple minutes later by the drive thru lady. She stated that this was my food and that the other guy was learning, acted as if she was pushing blame off on him. I got home with the bag and opened the food. The only items that were present were the chicken tenders and Honey Mustard sauce instead of BBQ. No large fry was provided. I'd understand if they were busy, but it was only myself and one other car in the drive thru today. The Drive thru worker seemed extremely unprepared, quick to blame others, frantic, and did not show any notable qualities a drive thru employee should exhibit during my visit today.

This place is a joke! There can be one or two cars there and it still takes them 20 minutes to get an order made. I just tried to go through drive-through to get two of the chicken wraps, and they told me it would be at least eight minutes before I can place my order because they are doing a shift change. I just don’t understand, I used to work in the fast food industry, and we never stopped waiting on customers for 8 to 10 minutes to change shifts out.

Ordered the double mushroom swiss and fries. Burger was salty with very little sauce/mushrooms. (I counted 3 small slices.) Then got to listen to servers talk badly about a delivery driver waiting on an order. I know some things need to be discussed, but not badly and not in earshot of customers.

As a business owner I hate leaving any business a negative review unless it is well deserved. This location needs alot of love and training. The staff was doing the best they could but were clearly short handed and unprepared for more than 4 customers. The food was about what I'd expect. The bathroom as a whole was a little worse than I'd expected.. The sink was so nasty I wouldn't wash my hands after using the bathroom and iv never done that in my life.There is alot of room for improvement.
