Went thru drive thru,it was not busy. Waited forever then got home and they did not give me any of my sides. Paid 20 bucks for my meal. Lobster bites had 7 little pieces in a big box. Seriously disappointed and won't be back for awhile. Jasper ljs has really gone down hill. Service was not very good at all. Not friendly. Just all around a wasted trip for food I didnt receive!!!!

Online ordered a large order of clams and a single order of lobster bites to try. We ended up with a smaller order of clams, 10 tiny lobster bites, a piece of fish, and a few hush puppies. Clearly, not what we ordered and paid for. So I took it back and explained what happened, that we got the wrong thing and wanted what we paid for. We were told that the clams and bites were correct, and that we could keep the fish. Hilarious. The clams were also burnt. The lobster bites were good, but very small and NOT WORTH over $4. Overall we spent $12+ on an order we didn't pick, and most it wasn't good. I just can't recommend going here, this isn't the first issue we've had unfortunately.

Chicken was by no means hot least friendly I've encountered at a restaurant in sometime. Whole place needs a good cleaning especially the men's restroom, it was disgusting.

Had a deal on platters. Was Informed it was online order only so we downloaded the app and set it all up..after doing all that it still would not work and the manager would not honor the promo that was advertised even though my fiance and I both showed him in our apps it wasn't not working.

I went to get some food at at 930 pm and there hours say they closed at 11 pm and they would not take order it's second time it happened to me the last time it was 9 and the hours said 11 pm I'll never make that mistake again to bad I did like long John but when it is close down for good I'll understand why can't find good help in this town

Can't even get their hours right. Wouldn't expect them to get your order right. Showed up at 9:15 on a Friday (8/2/24) when it says they're open until 11. Employees ignored all attempts to order in the drive thru, then when we pulled up to the window, mouthed through a closed window "we're closed".

I had not been to a Long John Silver's in quite awhile, my wife and I went through the drive through. The food was just awful. I don't think I have ever had worse french fries. They must have been sitting around forever. The fish wasn't much better. We couldn't eat any of it. Very disappointed.
