The food was fresh, hot, and delicious

We came in tonight at 7:00pm. We were one of very few tables. The place was almost empty, but fully staffed. Our server forgot to put our drink ticket in, so we didn’t see drinks until 7:30. Yes, a 30 minute wait in a restaurant that was nowhere near capacity. Then they forgot to put our appetizers in, so we didn’t see those until 8pm. We were out of chips, and after 20 minutes of looking around for someone for help, I finally waved a gentleman down to get more chips. About 8:15pm, our waitress informs us that she forgot to place our food order. We did not get our food until 8:20pm. I finally asked our waitress if we did something wrong or they just didn’t care about our business. There was no offer of a discount, nor any apologies for the delayed service. Plainly stated, we live in town, and WILL NOT return. Avoid this place at all costs. This place used to be THE PLACE in town. Sad to see it dwindle down to this.

Very rude staff. Not a good atmosphere and very inconsistent food quality. Prices are way to high for what they are serving out of that kitchen. Sad really this used to be the spot to go to back in the day. If you're reading this and you're looking for an authentic Mexican restraunt with excellent food and service I highly recommend El mguey on the north side of town. The owner is in there every day. She care about her customers and her food is constant. Check it out.

I would give zero stars if I could do not I repeatDO NOT door dash with los bravos. was in town visiting my daughter all she will eat is chips and cheese, spend $50 on door dash, called the restaurant to ensure enough chips for the cheese. order arrives - NO CHEESE DIP! so now a treat is an upset little girl with no dinner but hotel rom snacks. they would even refund my $7 for the missing dip. they have my name on file so good news when in jasper again in 5 months i have a cheese dip waiting on me. door cash. or los was any help.

Our family does a Holiday World trip once a year as a family tradition and on our way home we stop for a family meal. We started visiting Los Bravos Mexican restaurant about four years ago and fell in love with the place. If you want a taste of Mexico but don't want to travel that far, lol, do yourself a favor and visit Los Bravos Mexican restaurant. The food and service are phenomenal as well as the authentic atmosphere.
Every time we have visited Los Bravos it's been close to their closing time and the staff has always been so courteous and accommodating. The people working there are so attentive to your needs and very friendly. Not to mention the food is out of this world delicious. My wife and I love Mexican food and have visited Mexico many times and I can say the food is spot on Mexican cuisine. Doesn't matter what you order it's all delicious. We live in Bloomington and Los Bravos is about an hour away from where we live, if we were closer I could see us eating there every week, it's that good.
In a nut shell, we love Los Bravos.
