We found the coffee shop on a sightseeing jaunt two years ago when we were here visiting family. It’s the one place we were sure to rediscover on our trip this year. We are from South Carolina and wish we could duplicate the experience at home. Chris and his staff are just amazing. Thanks, we look forward to seeing you on our next adventure.

Today was my first time ever trying the Parlor Donuts. The Donuts are very good. But I learned today that they only sell Gourmet Donuts. lol 😂. When the kind Gentleman told me this I was like WHAT ? Didn’t know there was such thing haha 🤣. So on a side note they don’t sell regular yeast or long John’s creme filled. But let me tell you about how Good the Donuts that we got were. They are Hugh and Delicious. Best I have ever eaten. Thank you 😊 Parlor Doughnuts of Jasper.

We've only gone to this location a couple times, more so the Evansville location, but we prefer this branch. Customer service is fantastic, our last visit the gentleman at the counter was very bubbly and helpful with our indecisiveness. We've tried all the flavors and recently some seasonal ones, overall they taste fine but not great - usually they all kind of taste the same, one note - sugary. The dough texture is good though and interesting compared to donuts in other areas of the states. It's worth a try for sure. The prices are fair for what you get. The atmosphere is extremely cute and cozy, it's very welcoming for a cup of joe and a sweet bite.

Hands down, the best doughnut I’ve ever had. Perfectly fluffy on the inside, with a golden, slightly crisp exterior that gives just the right amount of bite. The glaze was smooth and not overly sweet—just enough to make you want another (or five). Every flavor I tried tasted freshly made and thoughtfully crafted. Whether you're a classic glazed lover or go for the fun, creative flavors, you won’t be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

This place makes tough chewy rounded CROISSANTS with different toppings and call them donuts. I asked for a Bavarian cream Bismarck.and I got a weird look. I just laughed because I don’t think they know what a real donut is. It was almost $12 for just 3 croissants. Not in my interest to come back.

Today was the first time my wife and I tried Parlor in Springfield, MO. We called ahead to make sure they had vegan donuts in stock, showed up 30 minutes later and ordered a dozen vegan donuts. Specifically asked if they were vegan. She says yes. Went back to our Airbnb and ate some. Realized she gave us a dozen NON VEGAN donuts. We were the only customers there! HOW does that happen??? Her name was Aszriana. We also got a cream soda that had no carbonation at all. We were treated like she didn't even want us there. We ended up spending 35 bucks on donuts that made us sick and went in the trash. Never go here! This was the day before my Dad's funeral as well to make it even worse! We never treat ourselves like this and even went way out of our way to come to Springfield JUST to get some donuts that we can actually eat.
Ordered gluten free donuts on the app , payed, drove about 25 miles to pick up the order only to be told they have NOTHING that we ordered ….. that she tried to call but their phone wasn’t wasn’t working
(Then you didn’t try to call 🤨) and of course you can’t get a refund there because it has to go through the app ….. typically they just get the flavors wrong and we overlook it because at least there is gluten free options but this is a whole new level of not giving a f***…. Never again

I came to this establishment with high expectations and was highly disappointed! I ordered a caramel macchiato. When I received my drink it tastes like it contained pure milk and coffee, there was no caramel. I took my drink back to the front counter and expressed my dissatisfaction with the iced coffee. Ashanti told me that there was a corporate way of making the iced coffee and it could not be remade so I then asked for a refund. She told me she could not refund me just because I did not like the drink. I am 6 months pregnant and became flustered as the drink did not meet my expectations and she was refusing to satisfy me as a paying customer. She laughed in my face and mocked me as I continued to express my dissatisfaction with the drink and customer service. As I began speaking with the manager Elliot, Ashanti continued to mock and provoke me and began to go back and forth with me in a heated argument. I began to question the managers authority over her employee behavior and professionalism. I was then asked to leave or the police would be called all because I didn’t like my drink and wanted it either remade or refunded. I can only come to the conclusion that was racial profiling, lack of professionalism and integrity. I am highly disgusted in the customer service I received. And I have plans of reaching out to the better business bureau’s, corporate, and osha. Burt however was understanding and was more than willing to accommodate my needs but his manager was unwilling.

The donuts are amazing, and dont be deterred by the breakfast sandwich on an unglazed donut, its more like the best croissant youve ever eaten, do put salsa verde on the sandwich though, needs that little zip. Also, the french toast donuts are not to be missed
