I got 2 Italian subs. Terribly disappointed. I've never had a cold cut sub toasted. The grease from the pepperoni over powered the rest of the almost non existent meats. The fries should of been put down when the sandwiches were being made not before. They were cold. This was not an East Coast sub. Not even close

My husband and I were very disappointed tonight with Penn Station. The bread that our sandwich came on was incredibly small. It honestly wasn't much bigger than a hot dog bun. Be aware if you go there to order. Is this some new cost savings? Sad!

My visit to Penn Station wasn’t bad, but it took a while to get my food. I can’t blame the employee, as there was only one person handling everything. That’s unfair not only to them but also to the customers. It’s frustrating to see one person running the entire restaurant, especially since this isn’t the first time it has happened. I hope management recognizes this issue and makes some changes because both the staff and customers deserve better.

I came in today and I was amazed by how good the place looked, the food, and the costumer service was. These two cooks Tayshon and Brooklyn did an outstanding job. They worked quick and were very friendly to me.

These subs are amazing! I usually get a club without mustard or a Italian grilled. I crave them! I cant enjoy subway anymore after having Penn station. No comparison in my opinion. That is saying alot considering I've always loved subway. I will be here rather than there every time

Entered Jasper Indiana location at 550p ordered two sandwiches and two fry. $36.00 paid it and have been waiting ever since . It’s now 625p and still waiting. There were 4 people in the establishment sitting and waiting and a carry out order with two people that just walked in and are now waiting as well. Only one poor kid working. Maybe I’ll get out of here in just under an hour. Never again Penn!

My wife and I tried this place one Saturday at 4 pm. There was only one girl working by herself. We planned on dining in, but found the place so dirty we took the food and ate in the car. All the tables were visibly dirty and the floor was so sticky you could hear yourself walk. When I took the paper off my chicken teriyaki sandwich it fell apart and was basically impossible to eat. It tasted ok but I ended up tossing it because I couldn't pick it up. A hot soupy sandwich should be wrapped up a little better IMO.
