My son and his now wife chose Sander for their caterer. For $500, they chose the charcuterie board...that consisted of 1 meat/cheese tray, 1 vegetable tray, 1 fruit tray, and 2 peanut butter/chocolate cakes. They missed the drinks on the order. It was ordered through email (thank God) so there was a trail. Stacy owned up to it so she brought out maybe 24 bottles of water and 3 gallons of lemonade. She said they were not going to be charged for that. If it weren't for the Parklands strict rules of caterers, I would have gone to IGA to get what they got for 1/4 the price, and gotten a lot more food.

Huge shoutout to Sanders catering! They just catered my wedding on May 5th, and we are so thankful for their staff. They were quick and efficient and stayed hidden from guests at the wedding, but were so kind to everyone they did see. The food was amazing. It’s several days later, and the leftover pork loin is still feeding our family- and still delicious. The chicken was warm and falling off the bone. The broccoli cauliflower salad was a huge hit. Guests came up to me day of just raving about the quality of the food. Guests were begging to take the broccoli cauliflower salad home. Food at the reception is so important, and I had no worries with Sanders. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Sanders catered our appreciation dinner from Toyota. It was an insult. I opted for a vegetarian meal as I do not eat pork. I was served a container of lettuce with prepackaged French dressing and small container of cheese. I thought it was a joke at first but it was not. My coworkers meal did not look much better tho I was told the pork was flavorful. They received maybe a quarter cup of can green beans and some cheese potatoes.

In August 2023, I & My cousin organized a large family reunion. The caterer we had used in previous reunions was not available. We then learned of Sander Catering and based on the reviews at the website and learning from other family members that had enjoyed their food at other events, we contracted with Sander Catering for one hundred meals. We chose the fried chicken, German fried potatoes, mac & cheese, green beans, and Cole slaw. Even with the fifty-mile delivery distance, the food was hot and super tasty. We heard many happy reviews from those at the reunion, especially regarding the super tasty fried chicken and the Cole slaw. Sander Catering is a very professional organization. The customer service was abysmal. The owner Alex talked over me. Wouldn’t let me get a word in edge wise and was very aggressive. He hung up on me and tried to cancel 3 weeks before my wedding.

The lady on the phone was really rude. I called Tuesday to add more chicken to my order , woman acted like it was a huge inconvenience even tho the party and chicken ordered wasn’t needed till Saturday. Went to pick up chicken on Saturday huge order , made the comment that the sanders pen was really nice that I wrote the check with asked if I could have it , the guy filling the order said actually NO! They must have made the chicken on Tuesday when I called for Saturday cause it wasn’t that good. I suggest they change their attitude

Got a work dinner for thanksgiving today and it was absolutely disgusting worst meal I ever ate I took 5 bites and threw my plate in the trash don’t feel like it was worth $12. Very disappointed with this catering company. Turkey isn’t shredded slop and Mac and cheese doesn’t taste like chemicals. My stomach is cramping for this food.
