Schnitzelbank Catering was wonderful for my daughter’s wedding. I worked directly with Tammy Hudson. She was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help make this day extra special. We served the smoked beef brisket and pecan chicken, parmesan roasted red potatoes, country green beans, glazed carrots, Caesar salad, fried biscuits with apple butter. Many guests complimented the food. Schnitzelbank also serviced our bar. I would recommend them for your future catering needs.
My wife and I used them for our wedding catering in Boonville in March 2024. They brought a truck and cooked all the food on sight. Very courteous staff, and the cooks have great taste in music. Buffet food was delicious, exactly what we expected having been to the restaurant in Jasper several times. The appetizers during cocktail hour were very well received by our guests. They also cut the cake for us. Very affordable as well. The catering manager, Tammy, was easy to work with...
