Food was great! Loved the gator app!!! Staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. And the patrons there were fantastic as well. The only recommendation I would have is that they dim the lights in the bar area a little bit.

Some friends and I came from Louisville area and Evansville area to meet here for lunch. First visit. It was smaller than I expected. Luckily, they weren't too busy. The food was great and the service was prompt. Our server Jeff (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) was just a delight. He made the whole experience even better.

Really disappointed in the customer service Snaps had to offer. We went for my father’s birthday and sat outside for dinner which was great we love being outdoors. It started to get windy and their cable for their back patio snapped and fell on top of us and hit us in the head and spilled all the drinks on the table. We proceeded to go in doors and they did not have a table to sit us inside (again which is understandable considered they were busy and we had a big party), but they did not check on us make sure everything was okay. We told them we wanted our food to go so we can leave. After getting the bill I told the waitress I did not want to pay for any drinks because we didn’t get any because they all spilled and she ask why I was being mean, I told her I wasn’t but I was upset at the fact that we got hurt and no one cared to even check in on us and she just walked away in the middle of me talking.. neither me or my family will be back.

6 of us had lunch here today. 4 of us had the tenderloin sandwich, 1 had the BBQ chicken salad, and 1 had the breaded chicken sandwich. All plates were emptied, so I would say all enjoyed their lunch. I know I did. I would love to check out the bourbon or craft beer, as they have an impressive selection.
