The girl at the window has been rude all day. She has a serious attitude problem. She brought my food out and was very rude and a smartass. I will never come back when she’s working. This makes the 4th time of her rudeness. She needs to take anger management classes. Everyone complains about her. She has black hair skinny and wears glasses. Get rid of her before you lose more customers. She’s the only one they complain about. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Blake took our order and he was so kind at the window and made sure to get our order sorted so that it was correct before we left. Our food was prepared nicely and organized in our bag.
5 stars specifically to whoever made my slushie tonight. The last few times I have gone & ordered through the app they haven’t made it correctly (forgetting one of my add ins or all of them and unfortunately you never know until you get to the bottom of the slushie so there isn’t much you can do about it). Tonight though *chefs kiss*. I instantly could tell all my add ins were there and it tastes so delicious. For those wondering how difficult can her slushie be…. I get a blue raspberry route 44 with extra blue raspberry syrup, extra cherry syrup, extra sweet cream, extra cherry fruit, and nerds 😜

It was a dark night. 10:15 to be precise. The family, joyous from our gleeful trip to southern Indiana’s bustling tourist spot known as Holiday World, was making the venture back to our living residency further north of this joyous world of Seasons and Holidays. As we share our stories in revelry hunger began to set in. Searching for a place to satiate this growing desire, we stumbled upon a small quadrilateral building emitting just enough light to draw us in like moths to a bug zapper. This destination we trekked to was named Sonic. Good ole Sonic, similar to the friendly blue hedgehog that has grace our tv screens for decades. However this sonic had the means to quench our growing hunger pangs. As a family of 6, we are not a family devoid of confusion and disarray at a restaurant, however… THIS WAS THE SINGLE WORST DRIVE-THRU EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. NOT ONLY WERE WE HANDED THE WRONG ORDER ENTIRELY THE FIRST TIME THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU, WHICH MIGHT I SAY WAS THE MOST AMOUNT OF TOTS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ONE ORDER, BUT WE WERE HANDED THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN ONCE WE WENT UP TO THE WINDOW AND MADE IT CLEAR OUR ORDER WAS MESSED UP. Now, one would think that after two mistakes, that the order would be corrected and the employees would feel so bad about the errors and missteps that led to this point, that they would fix the order and make things right… WELL DON’T PLACE YOUR BETS ON THAT HAPPENING AT THIS PLACE, A PLACE THAT ONCE APPEARED TO BE A RESTAURANT AND NOW APPEARS MORE AKIN TO A FRONT FOR PEDDLING SQUARE MYSTERY BURGERS AND LIMITLESS AMOUNTS OF STALE TOTS. APPARENTLY THE RULE OF THREES APPLIES TO MAKING MISTAKES AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP OUR ORDER A THIRD TIME AND BY THAT POINT WE HAD CROSSED OVER THE THRESHOLD OF CARING AND ATE WHAT WAS GIVEN TO US LIKE FERAL BEASTS AFTER A FRESH CATCH. YUM YUM!! I REALLY ENJOYED MY SQUARE MYSTERY BURGER AND CHILI DOG TOPPINGS WRAPPED IN A SOFT SHELL TORTILLA. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND TO THE RACCOONS I BEFRIENDED WHILE WAITING FOR MY MEAL TO BE CORRECTED.

I have never had this comical of an experience getting fast food in my life. They managed to get our order wrong on THREE separate occasions. Third time's a charm right? WRONG!
We got endless tots, lots of mystery food, and left this being changed for a lifetime. The one thing that makes up for this experience is the laughs we had when we kept finding new issues with our food. Truly a story we will be sharing forever.

Never got our food 5 cars got there's before us. Everytime we come here it always take 30min to get food. We asked to speak to an employee and they lied to our face saying people called in. Place had no people when we got there. Place sucks. Don't come here.

Longest waiting drive tru I’ve been in, each time I’ve came here in the evening/mornings they’re very slow, I had a DoorDash order for a single drink (a water) and waited at the speaker for 10 minutes just for someone to answer, one car in front of us and we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes now, never have issues with night shift crew, but the morning/evening shift takes awhile, I suggest just waiting until dinner time if you’re wanting sonic.

Food is good always warm the sad part is that they take too long to get it to you most of them are all teenagers working on the evenings always a outside playing with other people that don't work there and taking parking for costumers that want to buy food and they act like the own the place, bad service for me that meed to be better managed and get .ore attention...

We were so sick after this experience. Visited 7-25-25. Everything tasted and smelled like onion rings. The oil clearly hadn’t been changed. Stomach issues for the next 24hrS.

We went to drive thru was asked can u wait ill be right with u and we said sure but then 15 minutes passed and 3 cars behind us left so we left after 20 minutes. I guess nobody showed up for work today. I'll blame that on corporate or owner. Get it together u lost 4 customers in 20 minutes.
