I have been fortunate to have been to hundreds of Starbucks in numerous states and countries, I even worked for the company for 12 years, and this location is consistently the worst I have ever been to. I have never had a terrible experience here, rather I have never had an experience at all. The staff is cold, the room, is cold, the manager 90% of my visits is just sitting in the cafe pretending to work. There is no connection, no hello, no goodbye, no thank you, just a slow arduous wait to get your beverage. This is so far from the third place concept Starbucks was created for. As a stockholder, this is the experience that makes me worry about my stock. Pretend that you want to be there. You are certainly not slaying. You are disappointing.

Editing my review bc it seems they have got their ish together and I get what I order 99% of the time. And if they make a mistake, they fix it no questions asked. Love them for the consistency in quality and will continue to patronize this business.

I waited more than an hour by drive thru and couple cars behind me. It’s ridiculous how slow the service is and they weren’t even swamped which is crazy they were just talking and waiting for time to close. I ordered a Frappuccino which was all watered down. Starbucks really has to hire new people that actually want to work these people clearly don’t like working there! Service is horrible!!

Place is never open according to the hours posted and never seems to have the ingredients for their drinks. Last time I went they were out of Frappuccino’s — all of them apparently — and then were out of mocha for their drinks as well. Nothing against the staff because they are always friendly when I go and the ingredients could be a supply chain issue but seems to be a consistent problem.
