DO NOT GO HERE. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a meal. Was told the order was $11 even. Got to pay and asked for a receipt. The lady seemed a little worried for some reason I wanted a receipt. Didn’t think nothing of it til I looked at my watch and said I was charged $13.20 instead of the $11 she told me. It would’ve been $11 if she didn’t tip herself $2.20 on my card. She literally stole money from me. Instead of confronting a person over $2 and causing a scene I decided to leave a review for other people to see how theft is ok here. I by no means left a tip thru the drive thru. That explains why she was upset a little I asked for a receipt. Imagine if I didn’t ask for the receipt and imagine I didn’t get notifications on my watch of purchases I make with my card. Also, imagine how many people this lady has done this to and none are the wiser because it is such a small amount. If she’s done this to 100 people that is over $200 she has stolen. Just warning people here do NOT go to this particular subway. You will most likely get stolen from if you aren’t careful.

Absolute trash. Never have I ever been so mad that I had to publicly voice my opinion. But also never have I ever had to literally eat a sandwich with a fork to scoop toppings out that were mostly sauce. 1) Bread wrong. Literally the only kind I couldn't eat. 2) the topping with mostly sauce made about 4-5 bites with a fork. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered breadless. Crazy how 12 of 13 dollars gets you about 4-5 forkfuls of sauce and lettuce cause the chicken was definitely not in the room with us. Got pics and receipts for proof.

This one has gone down hill in the past couple years. Last visit had issue with them not having meatballs for a meatball sub i ordered on the app and they refused to give me a refund when i arrived to pick it up. they offered a different sandwich but i don't like other ones. The food last night was not great. Cold in the middle meatballs. 1 piece of green pepper on half of a foot long. The topping were all sliced razor thin and were not even visible when looking at the sandwich. Soda was completely flat-undrinkably flat. No ice in the drink machine and the place smelled horrible. Corporate needs to pay this one a visit.

Person at counter was not paying attention to what I was ordering and I had to repeat my requests multiple times. I ended up with a 12 inch and having to pay for it when I ordered 6 inch. I doubt I’ll be back.

I don't like going through the drive through in general but gheeze it's like these people don't hear and speak English. My sandwich was wrong and a very poor excuse for a sandwich. I repeated myself multiple times when speaking. I paid almost $7 for a 6 inch that I can't

Terrible customer service, Flys everywhere, covers not covering vegetables, lastly the employees were nowhere to be found. My husband went inside waited for roughly 10min very patiently he knocked on the counter to get the attention of someone working yet nobody came so we pulled up to the drive thru we get to the speaker we we greeted as one would expect with a "hi welcome to subway" the worst thing was being told "I'll be with you in a moment" my husband then told whoever it was working that they gave us a terrible experience and we will NEVER be going back, as well as leaving this review to let any and all who go here to be aware of what to expect upon walking in. You guys seriously need to do better.
