Multiple times me and many others have had to wait upwards of an hour for food. This is on several different occasions, I get you may be understaffed but that is no excuse for making people wait over an hour for their order at taco bell..... they need to clean house or just shut down for good if the franchise can't run a business any better than this but keep making people wait like that, you'll put yourself out of business soon enough!

Just ordered a dinner from here through doordash and took the dog out to potty. Come back in to my phone saying my order has been cancelled. Because taco bell seems to be closed. It says it's open on here? That's ok I ordered real Mexican food! And it's only 7:45pm

When you're out and about you got the munchies its late at night. Most everything is closed Taco Bell's got your back. I'm waiting on my signature ( 420 bowl ) 🤣😁💯🙏🏻.

This is a $7 chicken cantina bowl and this is the third time that it has looked like this. You can see the bottom of the plastic bowl. There's very little chicken, which the menu says "2 times the chicken. The chicken is the main ingredient and there's maybe four bites of chicken in the entire bowl. They skimp on ingredients in the bowl.
And then the 5 layer beefy burrito... should be a 10 layer tortilla with a splash of beef and cheese!!!
1st, I was literally told to order at the kiosk, why? I'm a manager at a fast food place, and if someone would rather order with an actual person, we happily take their order, 2nd dining room was a wreck, as if they didn't care, from where I sat while waiting on my food, I spotted at least 5 tables that were filthy, and a puddle of who knows what on the floor, no wonder door dash automatically does Ferdinand from where I live

Worst place ever. All 3 taco shells was broken. One had no cheese on it at all. One barely had any meat or anything on it. All I ate was a shell pretty much.

Place sucks. I've come here four times within two months and I'm always disappointed. There's NEVER cheese on the tacos. They never have nacho fries. The employees were screaming at each other. They'll curse loudly and say how much they hate it here. My taco shells tasted old. The wait is always bad. Average wait is 30-40 min and that's with about 2 other orders. They're usually not busy and you always wait forever. The employees have brought their children in before and they'll run in and out of the kitchen so food he probably has been touched by kids.
In summary don't come here. Any taco bell is better than this one.
