Fries were put in my bag upside down

Went through the drive thru late at night with a friend. There wasn’t a word even said to us when he took my money, or even gave me my order. Then, I asked for a second straw, and he said “it’s already in the bag.” In a rude tone, and then slammed the window. I understand it was late, I also understand having “off days” but, he was just rude.

Very hit or miss. But it's the only place that's open after like 9 or 10, so it's the only option if you work nights. Unfortunately, they still close hours early like half the time.

Love taco bell but this was a rough visit. No one up front so everyone ordered through the kiosk. Orders were taking 20 mins and as I stood there most orders were wrong for one reason or another. There was no one up front to ask for assistance. Felt bad for the workers but none of them would make eye contact with anyone in the lobby.

I regret to report that my recent pilgrimage to this particular Taco Bell location resulted in an experience so logistically perplexing and philosophically disorienting that I feel compelled to document it for future generations. Upon arriving during clearly posted operating hours, I found the lobby—my intended sanctuary of late-night culinary solace—locked with the resoluteness of a medieval fortress gate.

Peering through the glass, I could see the faint glow of fluorescent lights and the unmistakable silhouettes of staff members bustling about, presumably crafting chalupas and quesadillas for unseen, luckier patrons. And yet, for reasons known only to the management and perhaps a higher metaphysical power, the doors remained barred to the public. The contradiction between the advertised openness and the literal closedness was nothing short of poetic irony—though, in this case, the kind that leaves one hungry and questioning the very nature of truth.

In summary, I embarked seeking tacos and left instead with an existential crisis. For this journey of disappointment, confusion, and closed-door contemplation, I must bestow a solitary star.

Terrible customer service from the morning/evening crew, all they do is talk, did a DoorDash delivery waited 45 minutes for 3 hard shell tacos, and a Fresca and they had the Fresca sitting out when we arrived and it was already half way melted whenever they finally finished the order and I had to ask them to remake the drink. Night shift crew is amazing, but the morning/evening shift could do so much better. It was packed inside the store and most people were still waiting for their food. Definitely don’t recommend going or ordering from this Taco Bell for lunch just wait till dinner.

One hour and 15 min waited for 2 tacos and a Fiesta potatoes on Aug 5, 25. This is not the first time this has happened. Seriously need to do something with this location. I dont want to be mean but this is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. To add on Aug 6 went in to pick up a delivery and heard G.D. being used in the kitchen while I was in lobby.

Not to be dramatic, but the burrito I just had quite possibly ruined my life.

Always gets my order wrong. Like im literally allergic to jalapeño an they have the sauce on items that I ALWAYS ask to have it taken off and its like a joke or something because they put extra? Im not really sure. But I ordered 5 of that item and the manager was actually mad that I came back with my receipt for 5 more of them made right.
Just be real specific with your order accommodations, and repeat them, especially if your not able to eat the food if its not made right and drive 10+ miles from wheatland and back.

It was ok, but not superior by any means for a Taco Bell. Consistancy is important, yet there seems to be none. Very little meat.

Not many places here in Jasper and other cities nearby have restaurants that stay open late. Taco Bell is one of the few places here where I’ve noticed that the quality is improved during the night. Arrived here at this Taco Bell around one hour before closing and our order came out efficiently and fast; They also asked if we wanted any sauces which many restaurants forget to ask. When we arrived back home and opened the tacos up, we noticed that some of the hard shell tacos were a bit soggy and would stick onto the wrapper. The other tacos were good and were easy to grab from the wrapper. Overall great place to get a quick bite at night and enjoy some tacos.

They took over 20 minutes to make our food. Then they didn’t even make our food correctly. While we were waiting for our food they locked both entrances, which they can’t legally do while there are customers inside. I get that they are short staffed but they need to focus on more than just the drive through. Make the food in the order that they come in. Their night shift crew is way better!
