We were out getting some shopping done. We didn't want to eat at taco bell or McDonald's or Dennys and other choices. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was okay. Except they were out of alot of food choices. They only fill the fries half way. And not hot. Was okay.

Never have mayo for sandwiches, anytime you order nuggets there is no sauce. It seems the huntingburg and jasper locations are always short of shipments or just dont know how to make sandwiches

Food doesn't taste fresh like it use to, also it's always either cold or just warm, not hot. Our order is almost always incorrect and I have to go talk with an employee to fix the issue. Most the time they fix it with no problem but here recently the employees want to argue or tell me to bad so sad. So I guess this family is done eating here.

I have been to this location three seperate times on three seperate occasions and have crawled on my hands and knees to the speaker to inquire about the Frosties, but alas, there are never Frosties. Why? We will ever know. They are 'out'. Out where? Please ask them to come back home and be available so we can get what's advertised šŸ˜ž 2 stars because they do seem polite when they break our hearts

Wendys in jasper indiana has no sense of service .I and a friend placed an Inside order at 642 pm 10 pc.nugget combo and a biggie bag meal.while waiting at first table 2 doordash customers received food and drinks while we watched and waited.at 705 I went to counter and asked to see a manager.of course he had been I the office about 90 %of the time ,the other time he started to head outside but turned around after checking his phone. I asked why we were not getting our order and he replied cashier had bumped it off the screen sandwich maker never made the sandwich that was ordered .I I formed chris the person in charge that I had been a wendys manager in the past and I knew how long food should take to assemble.shoukdnt take 20 minutes for any wendys product and nothing had even been started. Maybe a manager on the floor instead of being in the office would help . I can see why at the time no other customers were inside just the doordash customers.i give this place a total 0 as a score.

It was so incredibly dirty. There were 4 or 5 flies flying around. Nearly all the tables were dirty. One table had several old drinks on it when we arrived and were still there 30 or so minutes later when we left. There was a line of ants across another table. I wish I had seen the condition of the restaurant before ordering my food.
Fries were barely salted and seemed old. The rest of the food was ok.

An older male employee managing the register was *incredibly* rude to me and my grandma when we came in to pick up a mobile order, we did not order much at all. Merely 14$ worth of food for two people, but we were stuck waiting for a good while as four people came in after us, placed *larger* orders than ours and got their food quickly and got out. All the while he kept staring directly at us and responding in a irritated tone anytime my grandma asked about our order. And when we finally DID get our order, they got it partially wrong and didn't even provide us with straws. I assume the reason they treated us so poorly was because they assumed since we were doing a mobile order that we were door-dash employees? As when my grandma went back inside to retrieve our straws she overheard them gossiping something about door-dash. But even then that's no reason to be so unprofessional to a *paying* customer. Food was fine. TLDR; Absolutely horrid service, good food. (But this is a wendys so if the food were bad that'd be an accomplishment.)

Ordered a bacon double stack—got no bacon. No sour cream for a sour cream and chive potato, got 2 of the same drink instead of the 2 different drinks I ordered. When I called to explain my order was wrong nobody answered the phone. This place is a joke.
