Live out of town and don’t have any Zaxby’s around. Visited here on 8/3/25. Food was hot and juicy. Zax sauce was yummy. Customer service was good. Prices are decent considering fast food prices have gotten ridiculously high! Would come back if passing through town again.
I had never been to a Zaxby's before, so I decided to try the fairly new Zaxby's restaurant that's located in the former Steak N Shake building.
My order was taken by McKayla. She was very nice and personable.
I ordered the Sauce Boss Box. It came with chicken tenders, fries, cheese curds, two chocolate chip cookies, a small drink and three dipping sauces. Zax sauce, Tongue Torch sauce and Ranch sauce are the dipping sauces...

Ordered online, was ready when we got there but forgot our forks and sauce for three 5-piece combos. Also I think 1 sauce for 5 tenders is a little weak...honestly Zaxbys. Beautiful, appears to be new building. Drinks are huge large sized.
