Coffee was awful! I got a white chocolate mocha frap. Tasted like iced chocolate milk ð€®. I wanted white chocolate,not chocolate. Next time I'll just get some Nestle Quick lol. Seriously go somewhere else!

During my class break today, I visited 7Brew to purchase a coffee but encountered an unfortunate service issue. Upon receiving my drink, I noticed multiple strands of hair on the cup, including near the area where I would need to place my mouth. I politely requested a replacement, but the employee attempted to wipe the hair off and return the same drink to me. I calmly reiterated that I would prefer a completely new drink. The employee then took my cup, but instead of remaking the beverage, she simply replaced the lid. I again expressed my concern, explaining that the hair had been all over the cup and near the drink opening, and requested a freshly made replacement. At this point, the employee displayed an unprofessional attitude, took my cup, and walked awayâultimately dropping the coffee and spilling it on herself. When I received my new drink, the employee continued to respond with an unpleasant demeanor and an unprofessional tone. Despite this, I remained courteous and wished her a good day, to which she begrudgingly responded, âugh, you too.â Unfortunately, the drink I was given was not the one I originally ordered. This experience was disappointing both in terms of service quality and hygiene standards

Although the lines tend to be long, you're never waiting too long for your beverages! The staff are always super friendly, and prices are better than others! I've even found after having 7-brew, other coffees just aren't good anymore.
Coffee is super inconsistent. But most of the time is nasty and made terribly with to much milk not enough coffee. So if your go to drink is milk with a hint of coffee then please come here.

The entire staff is amazing always friendly regardless of the weather. And here recently it has been awful and yet they are still smiling and happy. I would like to give a special 5 star to Layton he is always my favorite one there!

I come through every day and always get a chiller. My problem is when the chiller machine is down, they won't tell me when I order but instead wait until I pay and hand blend one that tastes absolutely nothing like a chiller. Always watered down and terrible tasting. It's like ordering a mountain dew and getting a flat watered down sprite with no prior heads up to the substitution. At almost $10 a drink after tip, and this happening over ten times, I'm extremely disappointed that you all still do this. Please start informing the customer when they are out of the drink they order instead of taking their order for it and just subbing it out. I did go back through the line today and asked for a refund or a credit for a replacement drink next time. The girl working gave me a drink card for a medium drink (I ordered a large) and was apologetic but I can't imagine I'm the only one who's had this issue.
