Good lunch spot. Diner food. I have been a regular lunch patron for 2 1/2 years. A calm place to relax during lunch. Local owned & operated. Typical diner servers. Quirky, friendly, busy. Ask about any specials and they won't tell you. Ask or insist for the small blue card that shows the specials, which is missing from some of the inserts on the tables. The best bet on the card is a big turkey SANDWICH which comes made with homemade bread and chips, bowl of homemade CHILI & a DRINK for $6.99. Other good favorites: roast, meatloaf & of course the french toast. Negative: French fries are awful. You can eat a hamburger anywhere, please try one of the items I mentioned. Sometimes you have to speak up for a refill or follow up service.update: haven’t been in a couple of years. the place changed ownership since then. the atmosphere seems cleaner and better. small menu. food was satisfying and good service. nice small diner charm. SUPPORT local business. A good place to take Aunt Bernice.

This place felt nice. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The food was homemade and very good. Yes it took a little time to get our food but that is because they made it fresh when we ordered it. Not like the chain restaurants. I will go back if in the area.

This is a great place to stop after church. Food is inexpensive and good. Nothing fancy, just great home cooking, especially the breakfast menu. Service was attentive and parking was easy.

I'm at the Restaurant just told they were closed. It says open til 3pm on Sundays. But was turned away at 2:30pm, said grill was already closed. After walking out they then preceded to Lock the doors and turn Ooen sign off. This is not the first time the store was closed before closing time. Very disappointed.

Food was good had a BLT and a turkey club. They were understaffed so it was a bit slow. Our waitress was very nice despite being busy.

They brought drinks in dirty glasses. My husband was ready to leave at that point. New glass but over done fries ... If we hadn't of been starving we wouldn't have stayed. Overall bad experience. Poor service, poor quality food!
