We got our wedding cake and cupcakes made here and they did absolutely amazing!! The flavor, the icing, the look, just everything! I could not have asked for a better wedding cake, thank you all so much!! 10/10 recommend

Best breakfast & bakery in Jeffersonville!!!! I can't believe I've only been once (I thought they only served donuts/bakery food & made cakes until I finally ate there!) The staff was friendly and their service very refreshing! Im glad to live so close I can walk there easily!

I have used this company for years and the amount of money i have poured in the cakes time and time again, you would think customers would be appreciated and taken care of! I just called in to place a cake order 3 MONTHS in advance and was told what i asked for they didn't have "time" for because of it being memorial day weekend and "expected" orders! Never again will I consider this place and neither should you if you expect to be treated like a "valued" customer!In COMPLETE disbelief!Oh and btw, to those whom are aware of the video going around about this business... this is the response to those whom have witnessed "cupcake karen" what a delightful business owner! I was told very firmed she did NOT have the time for my cake and offered me a walmart style cake ... if i wanted that i wouldve went to walmart and not a legit bakery!

King cakes are better than Gimbles !!! Just delicious. Any donut/dessert you get at the Floyd's Knobs location is beyond good. Believe me: I think I have tried almost all of them. Well worth the trip to get there.

I’d like to edit my review because this video once again came back on my timelineand further confirms what I initially said about the owner of the business! Potential customers: Go to YouTube and type in “Cupcake Karen Adrienne & co”. The video will speak further about her mindset.I’d like everyone to understand exactly what patronizing a business is all about. When an owner is tone deaf and plays the victim complex- which many Karen’s tend to do, it shows they can’t be trusted or provide a safe allied space. It shows that they have a hard time showing an ounce of compassion for a group that is already marginalized, and consistently disregarded. It makes you wonder how she actually treats people that come in contact with her business.Does not seem to be very be very progressive minded. Would not recommended ever . -11. I personally have some fave across jeff and this will never be one.Before her illogical, senseless rant, viral video came about. I went once cake slices were dry as hell. Coffee mediocre and overpriced.Do better. Open a history book, go out into the community recognize your privilege. Also find some alternative ingredients that will help make your desserts, actually taste moist.

This place has been a favorite “half way” stop for us when driving to visit family but today was the second or third time we’ve gone out of our way only to find they were not actually open as expected. Agree with prior reviewer that it would be nice if Google/the website could be updated so people don’t show up only to be disappointed.

Recently enjoyed cake from here to celebrate a friends engagement. So delicious, moist and incredibly beautiful in presentation!
Dirty, Dirty & Dirty. 5 coffee cups appeared to be dirty, probably EXTREMELY STAINED, looked gross and questionable. Key Word, BLEACH. If your gonna do breakfast, do it with class. Soda Machine looked disgusting and had dust all over it. Silverwareneeds a soda water & rag for polishing,. Floors and carpet looked like they have NEVER been vacuumed or had a good cleaning. Heard bathrooms were awful, not even going to try.It's ashamed that a good bakery lacks cleanliness. GET IT TOGETHER MANAAGEMENT, IT MATTERS!
