First time in my life I have ever felt compelled to leave a review for a business. Just received a completely cold and soggy cheeseburger that seemed to be sitting out for hours that also contained a long black hair in the middle of it. NEVER GOING BACK!

The gyro was so messy I could barely eat it. I was in my work uniform so since I asked for extra taziki sauce that meant slop it on so it gets all over me and my clothes. I will never go to this location again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I should have just eaten at work.

Went to the Jeffersonville store to pick up dinner and was disappointed! At work I was told how great the deep fried turkey sandwich was. I figured I was going to pick up the club because love a club with bacon turkey lettuce tomato. Went through drive thru and said I wanted large meal with large coke. Also asked for friends to be hot because last several times the were real cold. He said no problem. Got to front window and was handed the regular size coke. Was too tired to debate the size after working 12 hours. Just wanted my food and go home. Gave me the bag anf the fries were emptied out into the bag. Went to eat sandwich when I got home and no bacon. No bacon....one of the biggest reasons I got the sandwich. Very let down and disappointed but should have known better. Go there often and it always something and the workers like to play around. VERY let down by my dinner which very easily could've been great.
Watch out this Arby's will use your credit card without you asking and upcharge on your account make sure you get a receipt

The food is good when you get it. Often, things are missing, or I have to go back in to help them correct their mistake. The big kicker for even writing a review, though, is how often they run out of roast beef and the sun is still out. Poor product management on the staffs part.

Great if you are in a hurry. Food tastes great. Presentation leaves a lot to be desired, as it's just kids putting things together and there seems to be no pride in work here.
I gave service a 3 because the person on the drive threw speaker didn't seem to friendly. Almost like it was a bother for me to be there. The atmosphere got a 2 because there is no lighting to show the entrance to the store and I ended up having to turn around to find the entrance very dark.
Sunday we stopped at Arby's on 10th. Hadn't been there in forever but decided to get something new.... BIG MISTAKE!! the order was wrong and the temp wasn't right, but we were starving and didn't want to drive back...I have never regretted a decision more... We hadn't ate anything else that others hadnt ate & they are fine...but we both have FOOD POISONING!! Within 6 or so hours of eatting their food we have has fever, chills, stomach cramps, diarrhea..My bf couldn't go to work (& that never happens!! He can be half dead and still go in). He was shaking and so cold this morning I was scared. I have never had anything like this happen before...and I would not put up this review if there was anything else it could of been!! It is not worth the risk...I just saw another review of someone else this happened to the same day!!. So it's not just us!! I'm seriously thinking about calling the health department tomorrow and reporting this..
I just left Arby's and requested my fush sandwich extra well done. It came up so quick that I didn't believe it was extra done.

I like Arby's but I missed the ham and cheese on the onion bun that they used to have on the menu.
Parking: Anymore it's hard to find a place that's a fast food place that you spend less than 10 bucks so I would say 10 to 20 per person.
