I had ordered two beef and cheddar’s and they both were RAW! I been coming to Arby’s for years and never had that happened. It was pink pink. The gentleman man who took my order was very friendly. They replaced it with two cold crispy that I didn’t eat.

French fries were very cold, roast beef sandwich was 2 pieces of meat on the bun the meat was dried out and it was horrible. Service was good, food was horrible. Will not be back to that place again..

Went last night. Drive thru staff member was very nice, he was great. They just forgot my sauces which essentially ruined my meal. Jalepeno poppers without the sauce isn't the same. Sandwich without arbys is a little dry. Check your bags

Everyone I've dealt with in the drive thru has been cool. Update: my aujus sauce was cold, but the food was good and fries fresh. I had to heat up the sauce for the French dip because it was cold.

The staff was so cool !I was the only customer there& the entire staff contributed to my order,to get me on my way on a Sunday evening. Watching the Cowboys get smacked around on TV was a added bonus!

Had super large order late night around 9pm. Food was AMAZING. Polite quick staff....fresh hot quality food. Great job Clarksville. I'd drive the extra 10 min to go to your location. MEAN IT! Happy Mom.

We only ate a fry and iced tea, and also used the bathroom. But the tea was great. The fry was hot. The bathroom was clean and it was easy access to the parking lot from the road. It is also a nice looking fast food restaurant on the inside.
Parking: Not quite enough room for pickup truck and trailer parking, but abandoned restaurant next door offers plenty of room for large vehicle parking.
