I stopped in there because my dad said that BEARNO’s is amazing Pizza. I hadn’t had it probably since the 1990s probably him either. I am a Pizza connoisseur when I travel around the country. I try pizza quite a bit and this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life absolutely worse than $.99 dollar tree pizza. And to beat it all it’s made my stomach upset all day just junk

Food was absolutely delicious!! Great chefs but the customer service was horrendous. Our waiter was the ginger wearing a shirt that had an American flag on the back with ‘ENGINEER’ printed over it. He didn’t check on us and I had to wave him over to get a refill after my empty cup sat on the end of the table for at least five minutes and he also did not give me any more ice so I drank warm coke. Please knock some sense into your waiters and maybe get more. This guy was the only one working. Also I understand that you are about to close but that gives you no reason to not work to your fulles

The woman who answered the phone has terrible customer service and this was my first time ever trying to try Bearno’s and she hung up in my face because they made my food wrong this is crazy
Our waiter was AMAZING! Super sweet and took great care of us. The pizza was pretty decent, too. It was more so the atmosphere. I don't know if the people there were just extremely loud (which they may have been) or it just echoes in there. We could barely hear each other talk just sitting next to each other. From the sounds of it, they were regulars, which is cool. I think we'll just get our pizzas to go for now on if we decide to eat here again!

We order from there 2 times a month. Over the past 3 months the pizza has went down hill. We kept going trying to support local business but won't be back. Everything is different we always get the larg mama bearnos. They put very little toppings, the crust is now gross. Little Caesars has better pizza now. I really wish they would go back to the way they use to make the pizza.
