We love Fresco Tea Bar! If you enjoy refreshing, delicious beverages that are reasonable this is a great place for you! We always enjoy all the fun creations and combinations for teas! They have an adorable atmosphere and the courtyard is great too! They also have fun items for kiddos! We highly recommend stopping by!

I haven't been there for over a year. We had an FTB about a mile from our house in Clarksville that went out of business (bad location). We've also been to the New Albany site also. It had the best quality and service of all three stores. I read a bunch of your reviews and I've had pretty much the same experiences rated 1 to 10. When I was 20 and I bought controlling interest in a fast food restaurant and was lucky enough to have a mentor that was a grad of the McDonald's university/college, whatever. The problems you are having are very basic management issues that are unacceptable to customers. There is no excuse for such a wide range of experiences. If you have an issue, solve it. I still like your place; however, you need to step up to the plate and hit the ball!

Google says they close at 6p. Got there at 5:45p and they were closed. Thank God I know someone who works at the one in New Albany so I could spend my money with them. If they close 6 then it should be at 6, not 530, or 515, 6. So I'll just ride to New Albany now on.

Atmosphere is good! Had a private event few months back(just now have time to review) & paid a large sum of $$$. There was no water provided (had to ask), the hot food was soooo salty I was completely embarrassed!! The caterer needs to be fired!
